Es un hotel muy familiar y tranquilo, a mis papás les encantó.

This hotel is lovely. The property is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean, comfortable with amazing water pressure and comfortable beds. The rooms are showing their age a bit but that didn’t really take away from the overall experience. We ate at every restaurant and didn’t have a bad meal once. The service was great at the bars and restaurants with the staff going out of their way for you. However, the check in experience and front desk team left a lot to be desired. They just always seemed bothered when interacting with them. All in all I would go back!

It was my parents first time doing an all inclusive and they were impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and area all around. Only thing I can say was my mother would have loved for the room to be dusted a lot better including the headboards on the bed none the less was a great place! Will definitely come back!

This was our second time visiting this hotel and never disappoint. Beach is beautiful, clean (no sargassum) and no waves. Pools are clean and climatized. Restaurants are good with no reservations. And buffet food is good too. Rooms are clean and the hotel is beautiful.

rooms are dated and for staying in a jacuzzi suite my fridge was only stalked once disappointing. Staff around the resort incredible. i spend a lot of time in my room so not having my fridge stalked is a problem

The staff was very attentive to our needs! Super friendly and remembered us throughout our stay. Great resort for both relaxing/quiet and party activities.

Nice hotel. Decent pools. Food ranged from not great to pretty good.

I don’t like how quickly you all stop taking reservations for the steakhouse each night. It took me 3 nights to finally get on a wait list to dine there. Unacceptable.
