The hygiene is not very good! The hardware facilities were not well maintained. I saw cockroaches in the restaurant

This is a good property. My only complaint was in both instances, the property was overrun by kids. If you have kids, you are in luck. If you do not, you might want to find another property. The Managers Happy Hour thing needs more than one bartender when your hotel is this crowded with parents cutting loose.

I didn't like the view from my room, and the window looking outside was extremely dirty, making it hard to see anything.

Amazing stay! They have really stepped up customer service. This is my favorite hotel to stay at for a staycation. Breakfast buffet is 10/10!

The staff working the front desk were extremely friendly. The cocktail hour was a bonus with free drinks and snacks. The pool was a little salty for some reason but very clean with lots of fresh towels. The rooms are always clean and plenty of space with with a mini fridge and a separate room to keep the kids away from mom and dad, lol. The free breakfast is always a win especially when you have a family of 5. This is our go to when we stay in Albq. I highly recommend and it's right off the highway so it's easily to get to.

Very nice hotel

Truly enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Embassy Suites. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at any hotel stay. Made to order omelets and pancakes!! I was given 2 free beverages of my choice upon check in. The even have charcuterie type items for a light evening snack to go along with your complimentary cocktails! The room was very clean. Members of the staff stopped by with options for a snacks and water and asked if there was anything that we needed to make our stay better! Amazing!! I absolutely will be back next time I come to Albuquerque. This is will be go to place to stay from now on! Highly recommend!
