Good rooms except that some of them are owner apartments and it is not stated on the booking. The owner apt I’m in is not as clean and maintained as the actual hotel room I was in.

o Hotel está precisando de mais cuidados. Está um pouco antigo.

A única coisa que não gostei foi a questão da iluminação do quarto, achei um pouco escuro.

They tried to charge me for having a guest, a schoolar friend, that came to chat within the hotel dependencies . It was said that I could only have my friend for one hour. Horrorizes were felt, totally unpleasant, it is not a “real” Mercure. The staff are hostile. Not getting back while on Manaus.

The property is well located to the shopping center, dinners were good. Breakfast is available with a good number of options.

Otimo hotel

Hotel bem localizado, quartos bem espaçosos, café da manhã bem completo. Os quartos e o hotel em si já dá sinais de precisar de uma reforma, mas voltaria tranquilamente.

Hotel tá mal cuidado, cortinas furadas, café da manhã péssimo, sem opções, a única coisa boa foi a hospitalidade e educação dos funcionários, por sinal excepcional !

This property had great rooms, large and lovely good size bed. Also the curtains were total blockout. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff service was good, but not much english speaking staff, but friendly all the same. Would recommend.
