The hotel has nice grounds and is set in a secluded peaceful area just outside Vilamoura. Unfortunately, the hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The majority of rooms are in the garden and suffer from a variety of bugs getting into the rooms. We had 6 garden rooms and 4 had some ants crawling around. 1 had an ant infestation which made its way into the occupiers suitcase and 1 had cockroaches in his room. The newer an more up to date rooms are in the main building. These are an Upgrade but they too have issues. The AC units barely work in high heat and the showers are a joke. It would take an engineer to figure out the exact millimeter adjustments to the hot and cold faucets to get a decent shower. Our entire group had either scorching hot showers or cold showers for 4 days. When we complained, the hotel laundered the clothes for the guest with a suitcase filled with Ants and upgraded us to the newer main building rooms after 2 days. But despite many assurances and promises of a resolution, none has been given. The hotel manager didnt even have the decency to come and speak with us let alone apologise. This hotel is 3-4 star at best and should be thought of as such.

Really lovely hotel. Although there was a clothes shop within the hotel it would have been good to have a small convenience store for water, snacks or even a vending machine. Although drinks and snacks were available at the pool bar, they were expensive. Also didn’t like that a service charge was added at every single transaction. The reception staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother. In particular when my son got badly sunburnt, I had asked about a nearby chemist but they were kind enough to give me cream which worked wonders. The location is out a bit from any sort of bars/shops. However it was only a 15 minute walk and the Ubers were very reasonable. If you are looking for a relaxing, slow paced break away from the hustle and bustle or a keen golfer this is a great hotel to stay at!

Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer war es ständig kalt trotz Heizung danach wurde die Luft sehr unangehem. Man hätte für ein 5 Stern viel mehr erwarten können, die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, niemand hat auch in der Nacht Rücksicht genommen

We've stay here several times and normally find the hotel. Very good service and value. However, we reported a leaking toliet and water all over bathroom floor. We asked twice for it to be fixed. We're told it's fixed but it wasn't.

Le personnel est très attentionné et fait tout son possible pour que l'on soit le plus à l'aise possible. Tout est fait pour que le séjour soit une réussite, dans un cadre idyllique et relaxant. Le temps est comme suspendu durant notre séjour, et on aimerait que cela reste ainsi encore longtemps. Merci !

Hotel behöver renovering är mycket gammal u

The facilities are very good and the accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. We found the beds a little hard and the accommodation will benefit from a freshen up in the near future. The staff were fantastic! All so friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the restaurant and went exploring Quarteira and Vilamoura in the evenings instead.

Een goed en degelijk hotel. Kamers en het meubilair algemeen gaat snel achteruit. Eten en service was goed.

Excellent stay. Only one night but nothing was amiss

Pour notre premier passage àl hôtel, nous avons testé les chambres bungalow déco un peu rustique "campagne" le calme absolu. Notre deuxième passage nous avons pris une chambre supérieure dans le bâtiment principal. Le confort du lit est nettement meilleur un vrai plaisir. Seul désagrément un vrombissement vers 5 heures du matin (peut-être la hotte de la cuisine) éviter chambre 306. Hôtel magnifique avec deux belles piscines. Trois sygnes qui vous attendent pour le petit déjeuner (donner leur de la salade ils préfèrent que le pain). Enfin le bar avec musique live très sympa et le barman très pro fait de très bonnes caipirhinias.

Cadre très sympa, privilégier les chambres dans le parc, problème de chambre résolu dans l’instant avec le sourire et bienveillance je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Gostei, não é um hotel moderno mas é aconchegante a comida é de alto nível, limpo os funcionários educados
