Hotel muy bien ubicado. A poca distancia de la Plaza Mayor. El personal muy amable y el desayuno buffet estuvo bueno. La habitación cómoda y amplia. Sugiero revisar la pertinencia de cobrar 10 euros por noche, por un estacionamiento en el exterior, sin mayor infraestructura, al aire libre.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palacio Santa Marta. The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! Highly recommend!!!! It is an old palace, our room was spacious, beds comfortable, beautiful views, location is perfect! The staff is friendly and professional. If I ever come to Trujillo again I will certainly stay here!

La habitación superior doble tenía un tamaño excepcional, con todos los servicios aunque de diseño algo espartano. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, aconsejo elegir el extra del aparcamiento para despreocuparse. El personal fue muy amable y altamente profesional.

Is a beautiful amazing 1600 building however the hotel is rundown, Air Conditioning was not working, old towels and linens dusty rooms Eurostar needs to make some investment and maintain the property very disappointed we stayed at room 213 and it was awful

First off, we opted for parking at the Hotel which is located at the top of Trujillo. Driving through streets the width of a Gnat’s eyelid in a RHD Land Rover is not for the feint hearted. Lots of one-way streets, some of which we had to fold the wing mirrors in. Once parked, one needed the navigation skills of a Dakar Rally driver to locate the Reception. Very steep metal steps and two lifts meant by the time we found it, we were sweating buckets. Once checked it, we found the Hotel to be very good - clean and well managed. However, no bar and no restaurant meant we had to venture out for food. The swimming pool was nice but small. Our room was acceptable - clean, comfortable bed, and a good size.
