This was a charming hotel with lovely rooms, especially the garden rooms with private garden area. Staff were wonderful

Lovely rooms, beautifully presented but disappointing service. I don't know if this is the new normal, but it appears you get the minimum assistance, even at the so called premium hotels.

This property was in a great area close to town but far enough to be very quiet. Staff was wonderful from beginning to end and went above and beyond in service. The room while basic was extremely clean and bed very comfortable. I would suggest a magnifying mirror for bathroom. The towel dryer was especially nice after rinsing bathing suits. The bikes were great to see town and restore at beach for a bit! We had an early am train to Barcelona and Villa Soro had taxi waiting and breakfast bags for each of us. San Sebastián was truly an amazing place and so glad we stayed at Villa Soro!

Beautiful property and our room had a sweet little private garden. The staff was lovely from the people at front desk to the servers in dining room. Breakfast was wonderful! Best tortilla patata I had in Spain. The dinner is light but good. The grounds and neighborhood are lovely. Easy to walk to old port and beaches too. We had a car and parking was easy. Very clean and we also did massage and facial. Isabella was wonderful. Would stay there again

Wunderbares Hotel in einer altehrwürdigen Villa in einem ruhigen Quartier San Sebastians. Strand und Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr leckeres Frühstück im Sommer sehr angenehm im Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gesicherte Aussenparkplätze

Nydelig eiendom, bra plassering og enkel parkering. Veldig hyggelig personale. Men dusjen hang så vidt fast på veggen, sengene og putene var steinharde og det var ekstremt varmt på rommet selv om AC var satt på max kjøling. Fikk rom i kjelleren. Fint rom, men det var veldig lytt fra etasjen over hovednettet var bar/restaurant, så det var stille kun mellom midnatt og 04:30.

This place is a hidden gem!! The hotel is extremely close to downtown and walkable distance almost everywhere. Easy access to buses and the train if you want to go further. The hotel had all kinds of suggestions on Pintxos and Tapas in the area. The staff were also extremely nice and hospitable to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back

Stunning property! We absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was so spacious, it felt more like a suite. The common areas were so inviting and beautiful, and the staff was beyond friendly. It was about a 20 minute walk to Parte Viejo, which worked out great for us as we were eating pintxos nonstop.

Me sentía como en casa, hermoso hotel. Podías usar las áreas comunes para convivir con otros huespedes, lo que en pocos hoteles he experimentado, por lo mismo del tamño de la propiedad se siente muy intimo y amigable. Nos encanto poder usar las bicicletas. El personal de lo mas atento y amable y el desayuno delicioso.

We loved our room and the property, the team was fabulous. We had breakfast one morning and it was delicious, the lady that waited on us was attentive and charming.. The property was quiet and inviting. It's hard to find a hotel with a good bed and even better shower, and this one knocked it out of the park. We didn't want to leave the shower was so amazing. Our only "issue" was that our room had a distinct smell of staleness and moth balls. It just was not the most inviting smell when returning to our room after a wonderful day of exploring, otherwise our stay was delightful.
