Temiz oda, harika ve çok seçenekli yiyecek-içecek menüsü, güleryüzlü calisanlar, otelin konumu ve sunduklariyla gercekten ilk tercih etmeniz gereken oteller arasinda. Otel yönetimine Sadece ufak bir hatirlatma spa da kaybolan ayakkabiyi bulabilirseniz göndermenizi rica edeceğim.

Sunduğu imkanlar itibariyle eşsiz bir hotel. Bir hotelden öte çok iyi planlanmış bir şehir. Yemekler çok çok çok iyi. Bir hotel yemeği gibi değil bir restorant yemeği gibi neredeyse hepsi. İçecekler de ona keza. Mini club etkinlikleri de amfitiyatrodaki yetişkin etkinlikleri de harika. Aquaparkları da çok güzel. Tek bir olumsuz eleştirim var, büyük aquaparkındaki kurallar her gün değişiyor. Bir gün 10 yaş altı alınmıyor, ertesi gün alınıyor. Bir sonraki gün bazılarına her yaş giriyor bazılarına 10+ kuralı.

Nice hotel, plenty to do. Food is good but if you have allergies or other requirements, be careful as the labelling can get moved about and serving spoons cross contaminated. Peak times and loads of queues, one day took over 20 mins to find a table at dinner. Lots of bugs so take insect repellent!

We have just spent an amazing week at Swandor Hotels & Resorts, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean at all times, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort was beautifully kept. The food was one of the highlights of our vacation. There was a fantastic variety every day, with fresh, delicious meals and something for everyone. The restaurants, bars, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. We would especially like to thank the Iranian chef who prepared the wok dishes during the evening dinners. His cooking was absolutely exceptional—the wok was by far some of the best food we had during our stay. Every meal he prepared was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. On top of his incredible talent, he was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the guests. His positive attitude and warm personality made every visit a pleasure, and he truly deserves special recognition. Thank you to the entire Swandor team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, outstanding food, spotless facilities, and an unforgettable vacation.

We had a great time at Swandor Topkapi. It was fresh, very clean, and had lots of activities at the hotel. We would like to thank all the staff, especially Çoşkun bey at the main restaurant who always served us with a big smile and very fast. Lovely beach, and especially a lovely deck at the beach. The negative part is that during our stay (July) the number of guests at the hotel was a bit too high for its capacity. Wherever you went, there were lots of people everywhere. The restaurant always felt stressful and we kept bumping into other guests. Animation, sunbeds, etc. were always full if you weren’t early.

Büyük ve tasarımı şık içinde bar olan beach iskele başka otellerde görmedik.Muhteşemdi.Sıra ve izdiham olmadan bu kadar misafir ancak bu kadar memnun edilebilir. Bu organizasyonun hem yönetimini hem hizmetli kadrosuna çok teşekkür ederiz.Seneye tekrar gitmek istiyoruz. Çok memnun kaldık.Teşekkürler Swandor Topkapı Palace....❤️

kesinlikle gitmenizi önermiyorum,konaklamamız esnasında açık terasta yediğimiz akşam yemeğinden sonra çıkışta gözlüğümü masada unuttum,ertesi gün resepsiyondan bu konuda yardım istedim,ana kapının girişinde sağ ve sol tarafta bulunan müşteri ilişkileri sorumlularına yönlendirildim,aynı gün içinde tam üç defa gözlüğümü sormak için gittim,hep aynı cevabı aldım''bize gelen birşey yok'',akabinde ertesi akşam yemeğinde lokanta sorumlusu şefle konuştuk,gözlüğü gördüğünü ve resmini çekerek müşteri ilşkilerindeki yetkiliye teslim ettiğini söyledi,ben resmi alarak tekrar aynı noktaya gittim,KAYBOLAN gözlük 10 sn içinde GERİ geldi.yetkili biriyle görüşmek istedim,görüştürmediler.BU ÇOK KÖTÜ VE TEHLİKELİ BİR HAREKET.ODADA YADA MASADA SİZİN İÇİN KIYMETİ OLAN BİRŞEY UNUTURSANIZ,ONU TEKRAR BULMA ŞANSINIZ YOK MAALESEF,TESİS GÜZEL ANCAK CİDDİ ŞEKİLDE DİSİPLİNE EDİLMESİ LAZIM..ÇOK ÜZÜLDÜK..TESİSİN İÇİNDE BİR HIRSIZLIK ÇETESİ VAR.

Özellikle havuz başında müzik yayını yapmadıkları için çok teşeklürler . Bu gerçekten önemli bir konfor. Bütün gün havuz başıda müzik yayını yapan otelleri asla tercih etmiyorum
