We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the historic sights and the walking trails. Also convenient to good dining options. The breakfast was really good as well. Nice, clean and affordable. There is no parking on-site but they have access to parking garage spaces in the same block for additional fee.

Disappointed. We booked and paid for a Superior Double bed room and at first were put into a handicapped standard twin bed room. After complaining moved to a standard twin bed room which reception said our reservation was for. I showed them my reservation that clearly stated we booked a Superior double bed room and then were told they were fully booked. We notified Hotels.com who advised they contacted hotel and were told by them that we were in a Superior double bed room. LIES! Not impressed. No hair dryer in room, you have to go down to reception to sign one out. Bed mattress is hard. Then found out the current nightly rate was one half what we were paying. Hotels.com said nothing they could do nothing about that, even though we selected pay later option. Told In future I should keep checking rates to see if they go down, then cancel and rebook. Ridiculous! We booked 22 hotels during this trip all over Portugal and this was by far the worst experience of the bunch. Recommend you look elsewhere in Amarante where hotels are more accommodating. Le genre d'hôtel que j'aime, simple, pas trop couteux, stationnement facile et gratuit, plusieurs option de restaurants tout près.

A água quente demora muito a chegar à banheira. Um chuveiro seria mais pratico.

Personnel courtois et chambre très bien pour le prix.... Déjeuner très convenable!

The parking garage was incredibly steep and curvy you need to be an expert driver especially if you have a manual car. Friendly staff!!

Quarto e instalações razoáveis. Pequeno almoço mediano mas suficiente.

Solo estuvimos una noche, pero repetiría sin problema. El desayuno fue muy completo, la ubicación, aunque pueda parecer extraña en un principio, es excelente para visitar el centro de Amarante, y hay parking gratis en las cercanías.

À mon arrivée là chambre n’était pas encore disponible j’ai dû attendre que les personnes du nettoyage là terminent.Hôtel très peu isolé ont entend tout à nuit .

Quarto era razoavel, ar condicionado e chuveiro tambem. No entanto, os quartos são virados para o sol e ficam muito quentes no verão. O breakfast é muito ruim e descuidado. Parecia que tudo era velho e feito de qualquer jeito. A portaria do hotel fica no 1 andar de um shopping, difícil de localizar para quem chega de carro.

Desde a recepção até á saída tudo foi excelente. Limpeza , organização , pequeno almoço e pessoal de serviço. Fiquei muito satisfeita e voltarei com toda a certeza 😃
