W-LAN funktionierte nicht im Zimmer im zweiten Stock….

Everything was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful in directing us to the highlights of Napoli. Molto Grazie to Mario and the entire reception staff for helping to make our first visit to Napoli an enjoyable experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and very convenient. When back in Napoli we definitely would go back.

Room is very nice , however traffic noise is busy early morning. The breakfast is very nice. Staff friendly and helpful.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a limited selection. Staff are incredibly helpful. Beware location is noisy because there is major building work next door with drilling from 8am weekdays.

The location was great. Close to everything, the old city, walking distance from the port and the metro station . The staff was very friendly and helpful to give directions to go around the city. I really recommend this place.

AC not working in room. Ants in room. Dated bathroom and decor. Close to Spanish Quarter and port. Many dining options near by. For transparency, I didn’t speak to a manager for support and after 1 night, I simply made the decision to leave early and change hotels.

Excellent location. Close to many shops, restaurants and transportation. Front desk staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Executive room on 3rd floor had a small Juliette style balcony and room was a good size.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms themselves were very old linens and towels. There was not a chair in the room and the shower was extremely slippery.
