Clean and comfortable for the bed and room, in a quiet district close to I-25, easy access for self-drive travelers, less than 30min to the airport. Super Walmart and Target within 3-5 min drive, cheap gasoline nearby (2.32/gallon for regular during my stay in mid-June).

The hotel is ok for what you pay for. The area wasn’t as great as I was hoping but overall a good stay

Everything was good, the only complaint i have is that there isn’t a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Otherwise it was nice.

First night, tub was full of wastewater/sewage from backflow. Bathroom sewage smelled constantly, making it impossible to sleep if the bathroom door was open. I paid a cleaning fee but our room was never cleaned (i have received a refund since) Ice machine stinks

While the people working at the front desk were very attentive and helpful that didn’t make up for the condition of the property. The restaurant looks like something out of the 1970s the menu was absolutely pathetic. The cleanliness of the hotel was nonexistent not only inside but outside the property itself. The property looks as if it’s in the middle of a renovation. I’ve stayed at many Sheridan properties before and I have to say this one was absolutely horrible. The elevators were filthy dirty. And I stated before the restaurant was absolutely pathetic and incredibly horrible menu in a restaurant that was dirty. The tables were sticky from years and years of use and cleaning products.

Definitely gives old school, restroom are very small the best part was the view

Excellent hotel at the Denver tech center.

The carpets were filthy throughout the hotel. The lobby was the only place that was semi updated the pictures online were nothing like the hotel. The bed was saggy and old and had dog or cat scratches on the leather headboard, which told us animals were in that room before us. The tub and sink drains were very slow draining. The hairdryer was broken (didn’t find out til I was done washing my hair). Overall disappointed in the condition of this hotel.

Terrible tv channels to choose from, no attendee at the bar and looked run down, which is unfortunate..
