As you enter, you are greeted by friendly receptionist. The building is historic. The rooms mainta.in this history and provide modern conveniences. Everywhere you want to go is a short walk away. The street is quiet. The food to die for! The breakfast is delicious and provides many options. Do make reservations for dinner as it will be the best dinner you have ever had. Dinner was exceptional, mouthwatering flavors and impeccable service.

Absolute terrific find. Really large twin room- lovely style furniture, very modern bathroom, very comfortable bed, great l'occitane toiletries. Little pool and sauna to use with soft towels and dressing gowns and slippers available. Staff extremely polite and helpful. All in all an absolutely great stay. Only slight disappointment was there wasn't a bar but you only needed to venture outside for an enormous choice available to you.

Spa was amazing. People were friendly. Beds were comfy (pillows if anything were too soft). Location was spot on!

Beautiful property in a quiet section of old town near the castle.

This was one of my favourite trips to Poland thanks to this beautiful hotel. Lovely architecture and the service was impeccable. The room was HUGE, comfy beds and underheated bathroom floor was a lovely touch. The spa is gorgeous - and was empty for the duration of our stay. Only downfall was that the pool was very cold (but we got used to it after 5ish mins in)

Great hidden gem in the heart of Kraków, everything was great in our stay. The only nitpick I have is that the heated pool is too cold otherwise all is great!

We had a 3 day stay at the hotel and were met with nothing but pleasant smiles and helpful people. From the moment we came in until we left people have been very accommodating, went out of their way to help us and made us feel like royalties.

Lovely hotel in a historic part of the city. The interior is beautifully decorated to match the history. We had a room on the top floor at the back so didn’t have much of a view out our small window but the room itself was perfect. The bed was big enough and the bathroom was a good size. We got a room with a shower but we know other rooms had baths. We didn’t get to choose at booking but it wasn’t a problem for us. We also made use of the spa facilities and always had the place to ourselves which we loved.
