We traveled here in July and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good, the staff were super helpful and the hotel had everything we needed. The only small downside was our AC wasn’t great. The room would get a bit hot throughout the day but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. Again, great stay.

Väldigt fint hotell! Trevlig personal och mycket bra frukost från både buffé och à la carte. Extra plus för parkering på hotellområdet vilket inte verkade vara det enklaste att hitta i högsäsong annars. Hotellet ligger mitt i stadskärnan och även nära till massa utflyktsmål i närheten. Ta gärna spårvagnen till Port de Sollér, närmsta hållplats ligger precis utanför hotellet. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Gran Hotel Soller. Something that stood out, was how helpful and friendly the front desk staff were. We stayed at many hotels in Mallorca and this hotels staff stood out in the best way. They were always going above and beyond, with a huge smile on their faces. It made us feel welcomed and really added to our stay.

We had a wonderful three night stay with two children visiting from the US. The rooftop pool had gorgeous mountain views and we were always able to find sun-beds with shade. Enjoyed drinking Soller Spritz by pool while the kids swam. The morning breakfast was delicious with lots of options and you can order hot food. Especially loved the omelets, pastries, and the coffee. The staff was so kind to our children. The hotel is close to town center, train to the Port, and delicious restaurants. Very thankful to have air conditioning and shade by the pool in July. Despite being busy time of the year the hotel didn’t feel too crowded.

Best location in Soller. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast was 5 star and the Restaurant was high quality. I highly recommend.

This is my second time returning. I'm not usually someone who likes to stay at the same place twice, but this hotel is central, safe and clean. Soller is the perfect location to visit Palma, Deia, Valldemossa etc. 2 minute walk to the squares restaurants and amenities. Pool has amazing views and the food is very nice. I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere feel a bit quiet at times. The hotel itself is older and somewhat dated in certain areas, but it has a classic charm that fits the property well. While some updates could be beneficial, the exceptional service more than made up for it.

Located in the center of Soller, large bedroom with tired looking carpeting and furnishing. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel could use some redecoration. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym is basic and dated. Pool area is nice but fixed parasols don’t create any shade when needed.

*HONEST REVIEW* My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel. The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails. The food at the rooftop bar and main restaurant were 5/5. Very very good. What we didn’t realize with the buffet breakfast is that you can order specialty coffees and breakfast off the menu. Take advantage because it’s amazing! One of the nights they rolled out the restaurant piano outside so that the whole of the outside portion of the restaurant good listen to the piano concert. Great entertainment. I would rate the hotel 4.9/5 as the only thing that wasn’t to expectation was the rooms. They were fine and the bathroom was very nice, but I would say they were more along the lines of a 3-3.5 star hotel. The laminate flooring was separating in a lot of places and should be redone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back!

Staff was great! Expected more for it being classified as a 5 star hotel. Looked a little run down. Location was great and parking is convenient although they charge extra on top of nightly fee.

This hotel is in a great location and looks stunning from the outside. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We were allocated rooms in the annex and although clean these are not of 5 star quality. The furniture in these rooms are not of the quality available in the main building. We had 3 rooms and 2 were of a good size with balconies which accommodated outside seating. The last room was much smaller with no outside seating which I don’t believe was fair as we had 3 identical rooms booked and paid the same price.
