If you want to have budget accommodation near football stadium its okay

L'Hôtel date et cela se ressent. Les équipements sont assez anciens même s'ils fonctionnent encore. L'isolation phonique et thermique de la chambre n'est pas bonne.

Excellent breakfast and very nice and helpful service! They also helped me to store my bike.

Lovely helpful staff! Only one pillow each. Bed comfortable. Good breakfast. The room is a little tired. overall a good comfortable stay!

Room was clean and comfortable. As well as the bathroom. It even had a desk, a kettle and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a laundry service that we were able to use, they washed and some of our clothes and it was not expensive. Breakfast was good for the price, good variety, a nice breakfast hall, we also had dinner there that was delicious, not cheap though. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the city center.

Receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kamers waren eenvoudig. Kamers waren schoon en voldoende om te verblijven als je Gent wil zien. Ontbijt was lekker behalve de laatste dag) werd maar weinig bijgevuld en daardoor misten we een hoop.

De kamer was heel proper en gezellig

This is an older hotel, but the rooms were clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. Parking was free. We did not have breakfast but it looked very good.

Mardi matin = pas d'eau Mardi soir ma clef n'etait fonctionnel d'ou impossible d'ouvrir la chambre à 22h45. teléphoné pour que l'on m'aide = jamais de réponse. Séjour de 3 nuits catastrophique- Hotel à fuire

No breakfast, very pet friendly lovely staff at check in rooms need updating very basic paper cups a big no no unplug to to plug kettle in !!! Heating did not work so was cold !! As duvet very thin massive bed definitely need more pillows

Le personnel est très agréable, le monsieur a l’accueil fait tout et arrive à satisfaire toutes les demandes vraiment remarquable :)
