Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.

Personeel bij inchecken was vrij onvriendelijk, Hotel is echt oud en heeft achterstallig onderhoud. Tijd voor renovatie.

We had booked two nights but ended up staying only one, as we chose to book another hotel instead. We paid €180 per night. The room was located on the second floor under the roof, with no windows offering a view. The beds were uncomfortable. We had reserved a table for dinner, but were seated directly under the restaurant’s television, which was showing a World Cup match. Other guests were watching it closely, making it impossible to have a conversation during our meal. We ordered steaks cooked medium, but they arrived completely red. The fries were soft and clearly cooked at the wrong temperature. The paid breakfast buffet consisted of a mini croissant and various cornflake products. The scrambled eggs had run out, and despite asking twice if they would be replenished, nothing happened until we were leaving after breakfast. The only positive aspect was that the room had air conditioning, but this did not make up for the overall poor experience. We saw what we wanted in the D-Day area and then continued on to the next part of our holiday. It should be obvious that we do not recommend this hotel.

Ideal base for the Normandie beaches. Room tiny but air conditioned. Limited food menu for dinner. Friendly, helpful staff.

Kamer zou tijdens verblijf schoongemaakt worden en handdoeken zouden verschoond worden. Helaas niet het geval. Restaurant was dicht.

Hotellet ligger tæt på The Caen Memorial Museum, hvilket var begrundelsen for, vi valgte dette hotel.

The staff at the Brit were extremely welcoming and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed we were not able to have a hot drink in the room. Despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee they only provided small shot glasses for drinks which was extremely odd! There was also no fridge in the room which we needed to keep milk for our baby.
