Hotel location was very convenient. However, the room is quiet noisy, emergency vehicles, and drunken people on the street. Dated room facilities, freeze not cold, hard to turn on the tap.

I came to London with my husband to do the London Marathon. We stayed for a total of 5 nights (through 3 separate bookings). The first 3 nights we booked for twin bed room and last 2 nights we paid for king bed room. Main good thing about the hotel is the location was very convenient for the marathon. I could walk back to hotel after the finish line and the hotel is right next to Charing Cross station which is where the train goes to Blackeath (start line). I have a few unpleasant experiences with the hotel itself: 1) service/ staff attitude - as I booked different room types, I ask them to switch me to king bed room on my 4th night. The staff said I have to stay in the twin room for 5 nights .. I refused, as I paid more to stay in the king bed room .. the staff who helped me checked in then said ok and asked us to pack our bags on 4th day so they can help us switch. On the 4th day we packed our bags as instructed and went to lobby, the staff said room will be ready around 3pm.. when we went back at 3pm, they said we are going back to the same room! We kept complaining and finally they gave us a king bed room… but why do I need to even fight for it?? I paid for it and I am entitled to the room I paid for! The rooms were very noisy… first 3 nights were full of loud drunken people on the street, 4-5 nights were garbage trucks, dumpsters noises fro 4am. On the day we checked out, the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking… Not Good

ホテルの部屋はとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ただ、ホテルへの入口が石畳で、駅と直結しているために車（タクシー）が入れず、スーツケースをホテル内に運ぶのが大変でした。場所も便利なので、次回ロンドンに来るときもまた滞在したいと考えています。

Great central location with an inclusive mini-bar.

Perfect location right next to Charing Cross as well as Embankment stations for the tube. Easy travels to see all the sites from Tower of London and borough market to Big Ben and Westminster abbey and so much more. Staff was incredible and very helpful when assistance was needed. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic but a bit pricy. Many local options to break things up and save a few dollars/pounds

Quarto sujo. Hotel vende que vc fica no hotel chique mas na verdade é um puxadinho da lateral. Quarto apesar de superior é muito apertado. Hotel velho e sem manutenção. Cilada. No máximo um 3 estrelas

The location was very convenient to many areas of interest. The staff was very friendly as well.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. My only critique is that the mattress seems quite old and sags significantly when lying down; it might be time for an upgrade

The hotel is great. It’s actually better inside than what it looks outside. It’s pretty new and the rooms are big and modern location is great. The stuff is great. My only reservation with the review is that they gave me a really bad room third floor looking at the AC inside. I travel all over the world and I like when I get something better than the worst room in the hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel in a convenient location; highly polished and helpful staff; restaurant on site; close to sites; the only issue was the fact that the toilet didn't work well

Wonderful location, helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable room and an amazing breakfast buffet. What more could you ask for!
