Loved staying at The Clermont. Would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to London.

Was not happy, came back to the hotel at 11:30pm, the doors were locked, with a note to ring the bell for night service. We rang the bell stood there for sometime, and nonone came, except another hotel customer who used a side door to come outside, we went in, the night staff was sitting at the desk and didnt get up when we had rang the bell. He questioned us about our door cards and told us we should of used them. The outer doors were locked and the scan pad for the door cards were inside, on the 2nd set of doors. They should of atleast gotten up after the 3 or 4th ring to see whats going on.

This was a wonderful hotel. The service was great and the location could not me beat.

Excellent location and walking distance to most central areas. Great breakfast and really helpful and attentive staff. Room was exceptionally comfortable and included complimentary snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again.

All the room bar was complimentary that was nice

Great location to see the sites and shows in London. The hotel is connected to the Charing Cross tube stop so it’s incredibly convenient.

Right next Charing Cross train station in the heart of the theatre district. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. This is our second stay at this hotel and will definitely be back!

It was a great place to stay in London. We really enjoyed our time there.

Was shocked when we saw how close the hotel is to Charing Cross Station but you would never know you are located so close to a major transport hub. Inside the hotel has a lovely, old world grandeur to it that you would never suspect from the outside. Staff members all seem to genuinely want to help you. The dining and breakfast experiences were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

No sound proofing. Dated room. Asked for a room change with no response.

Beautiful hotel adjacent to Charing Cross Station. Loved the location. The restaurant was beautiful and had the best food I’ve ever had in a hotel. There is also a small cafe on the ground floor where you can get coffee and a few breakfast items before you start your day. My 74 year old Mother stated that this was the “nicest hotel” she’s ever stayed in. I couldn’t stop photographing it honestly. It completely surpassed our expectations. Also, they give you free snacks!! You’re also steps away from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We loved the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were excellent. A really beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Staff was wonderful. Location is perfect. It is in the theater district and you can walk to the theater, the eye, Buckingham Palace and many museums. It’s right by the subway and many restaurants. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Set up an extra bed for our kids so they each had a separate bed. Key for a good night sleep. Wonderful surrounding area, clean and comfortable rooms, great staff, and a wonderful all around experience. The restaurant and bar were a little over priced for what you get but that was somewhat expected. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It was a memorable and comfortable stay. If I ever make my way back to London, I am staying here again.
