We have stayed at this hotel previously and like its location and convenience. However this time, we noticed that the hotel needs some upgrades. It appears to have lost some of its charm and is looking a little worn.

Nice traditional hotel. Very clean and polite service in a great location with bars and tea. However bed was not true double but two separate and uncomfortable mattresses and shower was tiny in bath with shower curtain that sticks to your body.

Was dated fax machine and dvd player were their but no power cords or cords to the tv, drapes were full of holes ac/ heat when asked for help never received any and as for the restaurant as the rest of the hotel stuck in 2002

The standard of your breakfast is poor No more signboards as to what is in each silver heated breakfast servers. There were fruit flies at the spout of the fresh orange juice maker. One orange above this machine was broken open and rotting. The staff took NO INTEREST in service at all. Eg When the cheese plate was empty it was not replaced. The staff are not trained to actively remove empty plates from tables. They only do so once the diners have left. The whole experience was far poorer compared to my previous stay.

Fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast was the best part. Rooms are clean but in need of an update. Mattresses could use an upgrade too. The walls are thin I could easily hear noise from the adjacent room. The hotel served my purpose and overall it was ok but I would look for a different hotel next time.

Small hotel close to restaurants and shopping in a upscale part of Athens- very walkable

The staff goes out of the way to serve. The hotel is really affordable but it really needs a major renovation.

Decor needs a bit updating.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights, was a lovely hotel nice big room, pool area big nice and clean comfortable sun beds, breakfast as lovely, staff where all friendly, was 10-15 mins from getting the bus and metro witch takes you into Athens lots of place to eat would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Very classical appeal to the property. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

Great property and location. Only thin go that let’s it down is late night loud music from the nearby park. 0100 and still going

Excellent corner room overlooking courtyard and pool

It was a nice stay. Very hard to park on the street around it. The indoor pool is adults only, so my kids were disappointed.

Crest location, very quiet at night.

Outdated, needs serious renovations not a 5 star you are definitely paying for the location even the bed was super uncomfortable and old.
