Both adults and Kids love the resort

I enjoy the staying, the staff need more training or I believe they are many new to the hotel and no experience

1. 員工有禮貌, 見客人會打招呼。 Staffs are polite. 2. 泳池水上屋比想像中細，有樓梯可直接下水，但水屋外的海洋較少魚或海洋生物，很間中才看到有，反而水屋門口的走廊下經常見到鯊魚BB游過。 Water Villa with Pool not that large, Ocean outside seldom could see fishes and other marine species, but always could see baby sharks swim under corridor outside the room. 3. 房價包含的3 餐自助餐都在同一間餐廳用餐，食物很一般，沙律水果甜品可以，但熟食太差食物煮太熟。早餐有免費果汁及鮮奶；午餐只提供免費熱茶及熱咖啡，連水都要收USD$2一樽。 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are buffets. Salad, fruits and desserts are good, but other foods like meats and fishes are too over-cooked and salty. Breakfast has free drinks like fruit juices and milk; but lunch & dinner only hot tea & hot coffee for free, even water charged USD$2 for 1 bottle. 4. 長沙尾退潮時會分開，水很清但沙不幼，走在沙上腳會不舒服。 SandBank has crystal clear water, but the sand not that fine and not comfortable when walking on it.

入住的是pool villa 私家的游泳池是最愛 甫步進房間時已經"哇哇"過不停 resort分成三區 比其他的resort有更多的酒吧和餐廳 早午晚三餐的buffet有很多菜式 但味道要看是甚麼主題了 我們試了一晚中菜... 挺特別的味道....... 晚上會看到鯊魚在淺灘區游走 服務非常好 租一組snorkeling 用具可以玩一整天 珊瑚區不深但要游遠一點才能見到更多更漂亮的熱帶魚和珊瑚

一酒店就感到職員非常友善 酒店環境十分滿意 很潔淨 設施和指示清晰 有說中文的職員 還有一定要在這島浮潛 不然根本是浪費在這個島 能坐船或水上飛機到這島 價錢雖高 但也合理 整體非常好 有機會也會再來

BAD:1. Always have misunderstandings,finally settled. But waste a lot of time to handle it 2.More suitable for western people but not Asian, esp. the food 3.Not all paths provided by the hotel are suitable for snorkelling even in high tide and calm weather (path no.3,4,5,6 are not suitable). My husband and I got injury by sharp rock and coral in using the mentioned paths to snorkelling 4. Disappointed cannot go to the sea directly even live in the "overwater villa with jacuzzi", sharp rock all around. GOOD: 1. meal incl. in the package, more convenience (For hotel easy management, they do not want you to change restaurants, need to book and get confirmation from hotel for any changes) 2. Can use the SPA house for bathng and swimming after check-out

the view there is nice, but i think most resorts in maldives can do the same. one unique selling point of this resort is that it has a long tail sand bank, which is definitely an enjoyable scenery. the water villa is nice, we can sit at the balcony to see bright stars at night, sunrise and sunset. but the sea wind and splash is a little bit cold and noisy. 3 meals are included in the package, but all beverges are not included. we have not ordered any beverges, but the staff mistakenly charged our bill for other customers' ordering. at first, the staff insisted that we have to pay for it. only after a long time argument, they checked that the bill was wrongly recorded. but we have already wasted our time on arguing with them. seaplane is needed to get there. but we had bad experience both get to and leave the resort. when we get there, the seaplane had operation disorder and the seaplane is delayed for about 3 hours. it even worse when we leave. the staff there said no seaplane can be arranged and we needed to take 2.5 hours speedboat to get back to male. the boat journey is the most horrible journey i had ever. it was just like taking the roller coaster.... for 2.5 hours.

水上飛機很容易延誤，去的時候delay了兩次，等了三個多小時才有飛機可搭，回程的時候也delay一次，算是此趟旅程的一點小不順。<br>島上的接待人員及服務人員都很親切，隨性自在的態度讓遊客不自覺就會放鬆心情，一下子就融入這邊悠閒幸福的氣氛。蜜月的驚喜是被免費從水上屋升級到水上按摩池屋，外送一瓶酒兌換券，可至任一bar兌換一瓶AI方案中有包含的酒。我們的用餐方案是HB，用餐時自備水也沒有被阻止，大部分的用餐人員還是會向櫃台點水或飲料。</br><br>來的季節照理說已進入天氣穩定的旺季，但來的時候迎風向(北側)的島風普遍較大，浪也很翻騰，背風向（南側）的狀態就穩定很多，這個時節去強烈建議還是要住南側的房型(水上按摩浴缸屋.沙灘屋)，check in之後驚喜地得知旅館將我們從水上屋免費升級到水上按摩浴缸屋，超幸運!!</br><br>整個島若要徒步一圈約要一個鐘頭，島上有環島小巴士，若還有空位就會隨招即停，路標不是很多，因此若對於島的各項設施若還不熟悉，建議還是搭遊島巴士才不會走錯方向。</br><br>浮淺的點也是集中在南面的礁岸，漲潮時可直接下水，游一小段到旗桿點就有一大片的珊瑚礁和超多超美的魚，魚都不怕生，轉著眼睛在旁邊游，小遺憾就是浪還是有點大，在水中無法穩定的拍攝。</br><br>這次來正好遇上聖誕季，本來網站提示可能需要付上一人$100美金的聖誕晚餐費，但之後發現根本不須加錢，當天的buffet果然非常華麗，還有合唱團和聖誕老公公發送禮物(大概是兩人一份禮物，禮物隨機，有人拿到娃娃，有人拿到T恤)，聖誕氣氛滿點！</br><br>客房服務一天兩次，整理得相當周到，倒是沒什麼機會遇到管家，渡假村的活動訊息也都會留下message在鋪得整齊的床上。</br><br>在庫拉馬蒂的四天都很愉快盡興，相當推薦的一個度假島嶼!</br>

Die natürliche Umgebung ist traumhaft klares Wasser, schöne Sonnenuntergänge und meist saubere Strände. Allerdings zeigte sich nach Unwettern auch Plastikmüll, was den Eindruck etwas trübte. Unsere Wasser-Villa war sehr sauber (2× täglich Reinigung) und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider war das Wasser direkt vor der Villa oft zu flach zum Schnorcheln. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack zu hart, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigte. Die Infrastruktur (WLAN, Strom, Ausstattung) war gut. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht besonders aufmerksam. Aktivitäten und Ausflüge waren extrem teuer und das Angebot eher mager. Beim Essen sollte man unbedingt All-Inclusive buchen sonst wird es schnell teuer. Snacks wie Eis außerhalb der Buffetzeiten sind nicht enthalten. Für ein muslimisches Land war der hohe Anteil an Schweinefleisch überraschend, und es gab keine klare Auskunft zur Halal-Zertifizierung. An- und Abreise verliefen reibungslos. Emotional war der Aufenthalt schön, aber insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis nicht. Für den hohen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet sowohl kulinarisch als auch bei den Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schöne Insel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen war auch sehr lecker, sehr viel Auswahl wirklich für jeden was dabei.

After a horrific speed boat transfer from Malé to Kuramathi in storm conditions and rough seas in a small boat the rest of the visit was wonderful. We had a water villa with a pool which was sparkling clean. We were AI and the buffet meals were so delicious we never even tried any a la carte dining. Scuba and snorkeling was magnificent the diving center professional were so very kind and aquatic team for snorkeling made sure we saw plenty of turtles on our snorkel trip. Staff were so accommodating and friendly, we felt completely at ease. Thank you Kuramathi for a memorable trip.

I like the beach

Me and my wife came on our honeymoon to Kurumathi, and it's one of the best decisions we've ever made. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. I would like to give a special mention to Thorgi, who serviced our room and 2 kitchen staff at Farivalhu restaurant (unfortunately i didn't make a note of their names). The resort's beautiful and exceeded our expectations, especially with providing snorkelling equipment as part of the all inclusive package. I would highly recommend the Thundi Water Villa with pool as the features that the room provided and it's price are unmatched by other resorts
