Väldigt fint hotell med 2 bra pooler, bra restauranger

Liked: 1. Spacious bedroom. 2. Great breakfast. 3. Beautiful swimming pool. Disliked: 1. View of the swimming pool from the ground floor bedrooms is blocked by a row of buses lining the swimming pool. 2. No soundproofing in the bedroom so you could hear the people in the next bedroom and corridor talking. 3. It takes too long to walk from the hotel into town so you have to spend money on cabs back snd forth.

Hotellet låg vid en hårt trafikerad väg, vi hade rum i byggnaden närmast vägen vilket störde nattsömnen. Det var även lågsäsong, så större delen av hotellet var stängt, dvs både valbarheten av restauranger och bar var begränsad. Tror att det är toppen under högsäsong. Maten var prisvärd och överraskande bra på den buffé som var den enda valmöjligheten. Det hade kunnat vara tydligare i beskrivningen att utbudet var begränsat under vissa månader. Över lag, helt ok och prisvärt för en kortare vistelse.

La chambre était propre ,bien entretenue , mériterait un peu de rajeunissement .j’avais réservé une chambre double sans vérifier qu'elle n’était que pour une personne seule .j’ai dû payer un supplément de 120 € pour mon conjoint! Mais la chambre était la même :un peu petite , un seul lit et une chaise sans terrasse ni balcon ! Nous étions envahi par les fourmis ! L’hôtel est très agréable ‘le jardin et les piscines magnifiques même si la plus petite était fermée ! Le petit déjeuner très bien ! Ill ne faut pas hésiter à prendre le parking payant , Le wifi marche très bien

Staff all very helpful and pleasant Reception staff very professional and quick check in and sort out any problems promptly and happily. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable Pool area is lovely Food is good..Lots of fresh fruit both breakfast and evening meal.

We are regular visitors to the hotel and love every aspect of it. Unfortunately we have to bring our own orange juise as the juise provided is very weak. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down.

In short: this “hotel” offers all the charm of a budget sauna, the privacy of a shop window, and the tranquility of a construction site. Would I stay again? Only if they paid me. Where to begin? We booked a family room with a double and a single, arrived to find two singles instead. When we asked to fix it, they kindly offered… for an extra charge. The “air con” turned out to be a heater, so we woke up sweating like rotisserie chickens. When my daughter got sick, reception’s advice was to call an ambulance, for a cough and temperature. Turns out, they just switch off air conditioning in the “off season.” Genius. We tried opening the window, only to realise it faced a public staircas, perfect for giving strangers a free post-shower show. Add paper-thin walls, staff yelling and banging about like it’s a morning workout class, and a maid knocking at 8 a.m. like the police, and you’ve got the full experience. Unforgettable? Absolutely. Enjoyable? Not even close.

muy buen ambiente

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again
