Everything was very nice. The room, food and location. The staff was extremely helpful. The only issue was our room could not be reached by elevator. Some of the 3rd floor could only be reached by stairs.

Location wise...I couldnt have picked a better hotel.. Turn left out of the hotel 5 minute walk to Wawel Castle...turn right 5 minutes to Old town. 15 minute walk from the main station. So clean, everyone works so hard. The staff are all so friendly Breakfast was very tasty with so many options of both hot and cold I would highlighy recommend this hotel

Jeg havde måske forventet mere af morgenmaden, men det er selvfølgelig forskelligt fra person til person, v af man forventer af morgenmad på et hotel. Personalet var virkelige søde og behagelige.

Wonderful except for one of the early morning breakfast personnel. The front desk told us we could go into have breakfast 15 minutes before they actually opened because we were being picked up for an early flight. When we went in this woman was so rude. We just left.

Hotel facilities were fresh and clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Restaurant service was surprisingly slow despite being very, very quiet when we ate there.

Fantastiskt läge. Bra service i receptionen (hjälpte bland annat till att boka utflykter och taxi). Tyvärr var frukosten en katastrof, men det drar bara ner helheten något, då det snarare berodde på ledarskapet i servicen än på själva faciliteterna och frukosten.

Awesome! 2 minutes walking from the city centre. Everybody was nice. Breakfast was excellent I would definitely recommend it.

It is a wonderful place. Very close to Old Town, and the staff is very professional . I really enjoy the way we were treated. It really makes your stay pleasant.
