櫃台及餐廳服務人員都很好，房間很大浴室很大，廚具不大但很完備，以歐式早餐而言旅館提供的算豐富又好吃，唯一小小缺點是浴室不知是浴缸還是洗手台有點漏水，地板一直都溼溼的。

接待人員親和友善，房間設施新穎，廚房設備廚具完善，冰箱為大型冰箱可以容納採購自農貿市場的農產品。地點適中，距市中心廣場及農貿市場車站都很方便，步行10 分鐘即可到達。

很适合全家旅行的公寓，有两个独立的卧室，还有厨房和客厅，房型设计合理。位置也在市中心。酒店有地下停车场，自驾不用担心停车问题了。唯一不足是酒店check out时候服务员告知我的费用全部在网上交了，但是后来又发邮件说他们搞错了，要我补交20欧，有点不爽。

Very good location close to Aix spots and super market. Secure parking place inside the hotel and very friendly. Everything good.

Friendly reception, and the room is big, and they provide a private parking space without extra charge.

The hotel is located a bit away from the main street so it has a silence surrounding. The apartment is big, clean and very comfortable. There is basic kitchen facility so you can cook simply stuff. Some rooms have a small terrace which you can enjoy a splendid mountain view while having breakfast. The parking is a bit tricky as you need to get off the car, ring the bell to ask reception to open the gate ... but it will be closed in ~30 seconds, so you need to act quick. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the hotel.

Beware, the description says you get AC, we did not get any AC. The room was hot and stuffy. They offered us a fan that somewhat alleviated this problem. Not happy about this! Location wise this hotel is really not that close to the Centre. And, the area around does not feel warm and inviting. You need to walk about 10-15 mins to the Centre. As a woman, I didn't quite feel safe at night walking back to the hotel. It is also a steep short climb to the hotel from one of the main streets.

Loved the Aparthotel. Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Will definitely return when in the region. My second stay there so far! Five stars!!

Wonderful property. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Our second stay at this wonderful Aparthotels. We hope to be back again!!
