Clean place, stuff is very helpful and hotel is in a great location. Parking is extra though and it's located behind the hotel in a secure underground parking. It's 15-20 euros for a day starting at noon.

Lovely stay, great breakfast, very convenient for walking the city to see the attractions. The only complaint is minor, but it regards the cantankerous elevator. It was easy to go up, but very difficult to go down, especially in the mornings. The staff were super and very helpful with advice.

It was very noisy, walls are well soundproof. A/C didn’t work very well to cool room.

I would have liked to give this hotel a higher score, just because of the staff. However the hotel itself is in poor condition. Positives: + Staff: friendly, helpful, professional. + Location: perfectly located, great access to all kinds of shops and public transport, including airport shuttle. + Blackout curtains + Lift +/- Cleanliness: room was clean, but towels and bedding did not smell fresh Negatives: - Decor: hotel is old and ugly - Smell: there is a weird sweet smell through the hotel (has been mentioned by other guests) - No tea or coffee facilities in the room: the website claims there is a common room with coffee and tea but that is not the case. While they offered to make me a coffee at the bar, that is not what I was after. - No vegan options for breakfast Worst thing of all, and reason I would not return: The bathroom: The shower had no curtain or doors. This meant that having a shower floods the entire bathroom. Everything gets covered in water: the entire floor, the toilet, the sink, any towels or anything in the room. I tried very uncomfortably to keep my body in the furthermost corner of the shower box but that was useless, water still went literally everywhere. This also cannot be fun for the cleaners.

The room was clean. Sadly the bathroom was not the best. The air conditioner was not functioning well. The breakfast was good, there was diversity and variety. The elevator was quite small. The staff spoke basic English.

Hotel is located in the center. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent internet. There was also a delicious breakfast buffet every morning.
