Excelente, limpio y un buen trato

We have informed the reception about the flows of the room but seemed not caring at all. The bathroom walls were dirty you could see it immediately ,the waste tin was no working at all ,you need to use a paper to open it by hand , the lights were not sufficient , the room was next to the main road there was continous noise in the room , but they kindly give us a kettle and glasses while I was hoping them to find in the room with couple tea or coffee to use .The breakfast area was nice and airy .

En nuestra habitación en el suelo lado del baño hay alguna filtración de la ducha, encontramos agua en el suelo de la habitación después de ducharnos.

Never been to a 4 star hotel where I had to go to reception to get a plug for the bath. Later we discovered there was no TV aerial either !

It was almost as per the original booking details

Decent hotel, but the electricity went out for sometime on the first evening. Gym was adequate and we did not eat in the hotel.

Lo principal es la zona en la que se encuentra el hotel, que es deficiente en cuanto a restauración en zona cercana a pie.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en het personeel was erg aardig. Wat wel fijn zou zijn als je een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat in de kamer aanwezig zou zijn.

Buena estancia!… muy limpio y muy cómodo!… el trato personal perfecto!. Desayuno muy completo y variado!… para un 4 estrellas un poco justo en calidad de la habitación triple!. Muchas gracias

We were staying as we were going to a concert at the Murcia Bullring. It was only a 10 minute walk which was very handy. It was also easily walkable into Murcia Centre. Hotel was very nice, clean and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Das Hotel war sauber und alles hat wirklich gut geklappt. Für uns war wichtig das Parkplätze da sind und wir nicht auf der Straße parken müssen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Hotel muy recomendable, personal atento en todo lo qué te puedan ayudar, la habitación muy confortable, me gustó mucho , recomiendo el hotel y si vuelvo a Murcia repito en el mismo hotel. Gracias

Hotel muy limpio y bien mantenido

Problème avec la douche? L'inverseur douche complètement grippé! Plus pas de bouchon pour prendre un bain chaud, quand vous avez parcourus un certain nombre de kilomètres sa fait du bien? Le matin a acceuil en devant payé les petits déjeuners plus deux verres de sandria.jai demandé un Geste commercial, ils mon répondu gratuit en excusant ..... Correct chambre 216.... Dans les hôtels, vous avez un service maintenances. Le directeur devrait revoir Son équipe de personnel maintenance. Cordialement

Una estancia malísima,me dieron una habitación,la almohada sucia,dolor de espalda en los colchones,tuvieron que cambiarme habitación se acabó el champu y no ponían nada,osea un desastre de hotel para 4 estrellas
