Hôtel très bien situé proche station de métro Nunez de Balboa. Belle chambre mais trop nombreux petits détails qui dénotent un abandon : pas de balayette WC, capot distributeur savon douche hors service, barre réglage hauteur douchette hors service, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de gobelet à la salle d'eau . Espace kitchenette absence éponge, liquide vaisselle en un mot de kit nettoyage. Pas de verre uniquement mug. Sol non nettoyé à notre arrivé et aucun passage en 6 jours. Nombreux "moutons". Accueil fantôme non professionnel - ne dispose pas de sèche-cheveux, long débat pour se faire prêter des ciseaux. Une reprise en main s'impose. Avis concret pour vous faire progresser. Cordialement

La limpieza no es su fuerte. Las rejillas del aire dan miedo…… el ruido de la calle se escucha mucho.

The property is well located, the room is small but convenient. The shower area is much smaller than expected. The climate control was completely ruined and the wiring a hazard. The walls dirty and curtains misplaced. The staff courteously available. My advise is urgent renovation, other than that is a convenient executive choice

Muy limpio.

The kitchen was not equipped with the necessary utensils , no water glass.Also did not have soap or something to clean the dishes.. fry pan and not utensil. Normally you get them even for 2 or 4 days.

Ubicación perfecta si vas a hacer trámites a la embajada americana. Cómodo limpio y habitación ventilada y luminosa

Todo me gusto

Todo excelente, lo malo es que en la limpieza solo se limitaban a cambiar toallas y tender la cama si sales de tu habitación antes de las 11 am, si no solo cambian toallas, pero ko lavan trastes, ni limpian mas. Fuera de eso la ubicación es excelente, el depa tiene mas que lo sufiente y todos son muy amables.
