I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking. This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review. It’s not worth it. Great one nighter though.

Accueil et check in Ok Chambre ne correspondant pas au souhait de un grand lit double. Nous avons deux petits les séparés qui ont été assemblés par le personnel suite à notre demande. Aucune bouteille d'eau ou cocktail d'arrivée ! Écoulement douche bouché. Très peu des consommables dans la SDB très difficiles à utiliser. Absence de mouchoirs. Prises de courant au dessus du lit HS. Bruit de ventilation extérieure toute la nuit. Etat de propreté et d'ensemble de l'hôtel vieillissant. Cuisine digne d'une entreprise trop de monde concentré sur un seul lieu. Plage pas très propre. Lieu se prêtant aux familles avec enfants pour activités et groupes aimant les fêtes et karaoké. Petit déjeuner correct. Hôtel très loin de tout c'est dommage. Peu de renseignements à l'arrivée.

Hotel rooms are in poor conditions. Air conditioning does not cool properly and there is a strong bad rotten odor coming from the vents. Toilet seat was broken and the drain of water is poor. Beds are not comfortable.

Hôtel à recommander style hôtel club. 1/2 pension incluse dans le tarif, très bon buffet. Plage pas très propre. serviette de plage à disposition avec 20€ de caution.

Very enjoyable stay

Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Rummen lite opersonliga och kala. Inte så bra städning, listerna i badrummet hade nog inte sett en dammtrasa på länge. Frukostbuffén var riklig med allt man kunde tänka sig. Hotellet ligger långt från restauranger och butiker, lite trista omgivningar. Vi hade otur med vädret vilket nog bidrog till lite negativa känslor.

Hotel em condições excepcionais! Em todos os aspectos excedeu as expectativas! Quartos e banheiros espaçosos e extremamente limpos! Café da manhã muito bom na variedade, qualidade e quantidades! Muito boas opções de lazer! Frente à praia! Aproveito para recomendar ao Hotels.com que retire do site apreciações muito antigas, feitas pelos hóspedes, pois muitas vezes não refletem mais a realidade das condições propiciadas pelos hotéis oferecidos!!!

Food was great.

The buffets are amazing, endless choices, tasty food, menu well put together, great for everyone (with or without diet restictions, kids, old people, picky people,etc). Ive never seen so many choices for milk, some 10 kinds! Great salads, great fruits, too. Spacious rooms. Convenience stores. Activities for all ages (zoomba, flamenco show, pilates, etc). Helpful and upbeat staff. My only negative comment: the upholstered chairs in buffet area are in dire need of cleaning. Note: in that area the beach is rocky, no fine sand, but better beach 100m away.

Hotellet var ej fyra stjärnor, möjligen för 20 år sedan. Det behöver renoveras! Frukostbuffen kändes ej fräsch och det saknades alltid något eller var kö. De "glömd" städa mitt rum en dag. De hyr också ut hotellet för bröllop och liknande på helger vilket medför väldigt hör ljudnivå.

El hotel esta muy bien. No me gustó que la piscina cerraban a las 18:00h y a las 17:20h estaban colocando el cierre de seguridad,y la máquina de limpieza. Creo que es muy incomodo y nos quitaron el poco tiempo que tuvimos porque acabamos de llegar. Insatisfecha con la recepción del hotel

Hvis du har lyst til at bade ved stranden med børn, så er dette IKKE stedet. Det er stenstrand, som børn ikke kan bade fra. Det er heller ikke stedet, hvor man kan løbe en hyggelig tur - det er langs hovedvej eller villakvarter - ingen strandruter. Maden var god af all inklusive at være.

This hotel is good for family with lots of kids and want to stay in Marbella area without spending lots of money. The lobby, restaurant, and the pool area are very good. The conditions of the rooms are terrible. Terrace dirty and doors are broke. The beds and bellows are very old and bad. The whole room and bathroom are old and outdated. And the room someone would have very bad smell. This should be around $120 a night hotel not $225 . I would not stay there again.

Bonjour ! Le parking un calvaire puis c est payant. Pour une femme de ménage qui rentre le premier matin sans permission et en lui refusant de rentrer à 8h du matin mon mari était encore endormi et moi allongée! Le pire elle m’annonce s’il ne le faisait pas elle ne pourra le faire que jusqu’au lendemain ! J’étais sidérée par son audace et impolitesse ! Je n’ai jamais vu ceci de ma vie. Ensuite, je me suis plainte au près de la réceptionniste, elle était choquée et elle a immédiatement envoyé quelqu’un pour faire la chambre. Autrement on auraient quitté l’hôtel immédiatement.
