酒店位置深入火山公园，有段路需要急后转弯，晚上没有灯，有点吓人，相比其他酒店确实远一些。 前台的美女姐姐非常贴心，给出了很多建议，她家有不少tour可选，方便出行。房间很大，古朴装饰，比较喜欢，就是卫生间洗澡没有地台，水会留出去是个缺陷。 早餐的面包和水果自助，正餐是点餐制有四种，均没有菜。晚餐的汤很赞。 泳池酒吧很好，温泉的，度假村感觉人比较少

We reserved for the view which was everything we thought it would be and more. We found that above all, the staff was the best! We felt at home. We have someone who cant walk far or manged the holls and they carted us to and from the other areas of the hotel! They arranged activites and gave us the Pura Vita vibe!

This is my second year staying at The Lost Iguana hotel, and I absolutely love the vibe and the staff. It's a very peaceful place, and you feel like you're in paradise. The staff, especially Eduardo, who is the restaurant manager, truly make a difference. Because of people like him, I find myself wanting to return again and again. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

The Lost Iguana Resort and Spa was one of the most unique resort hotels I’ve ever been to. It’s uniquely situated in the beautiful, lush Costa Rican mountains next to a dormant volcano. There’s nature trails, beautiful gardens, and even a hanging metal bridge on the property. The resort is also restricted from public access as there is a security gate to enter. My room had an exclusive view of the volcano and lush landscape. It was magnificent. This resort is strictly for relaxation and quiet as the nearest town is approximately 30-40 minutes away. The front desk surprised me by sending a basket of wine, fruit, snacks and chocolate to my room. I plan to return to this resort as it is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to and would recommend it to anyone. 5 stars for sure.

The view of Arenal volcano from the rooms is outstanding.

A great option if you are looking for relaxation or adventure. 30 mins or less from most attractions in the area. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very quiet and surrounded by nature and amazing gardens. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good.

The most amazing property! It has the most stunning view of the volcano from your room. The food and drinks are the best! Pool bar margarita best in La fortuna hands down. Happy hour pool bar drinks and prices were amazing especially the cacique sour! The bartender was always present and he remembered how I liked my drinks the next day. Great bartender! Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. We had dinner and the tenderloin with grilled onions and I added a side of the yuca mash.... the yuca mash are the most delicious mash ever!!! The tenderloin was fire. Probably one of the best meals ever. The property is gorgeous. You want jungle resort this is it! 2 pools one heated and a trail with a hanging bridge. Frog sanctuary. The front desk got us a cab one night to go into town and they were all so super friendly. Bring lots of American cash when going into town and to different sites just alittle fyi for you. Book this resort! It was the best experience ever! I cant wait to come back!

Superbe hôtel, belle végétation entourant les installations, à 30 min de La Fortuna. Personnel très courtois, piscines superbes (2 températures différentes), cocktails délicieux et le restaurant sur place est parfait.

Felt like we stepped back in time

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay at Lost Iguana Resort & Spa. We loved our suite, especially the unique outdoor shower! The volcano views (when the fog cleared) were stunning. Huge shoutout to the transportation team, they were always prompt, friendly, and smiling. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were wonderful. The pools were relaxing, and even though the spa was under renovation, our massages were still fantastic. Being 25–30 minutes from La Fortuna didn’t bother us at all, the peace and nature were worth it. Highly recommend!

A beautiful wildlife experience that was so peaceful and nature fulfilled. Staff was also very polite and accommodating. My family and I will revisit for a far and serene journey.

It’s serene ambience. The food in the on-site restaurant is really good. Breakfast is great. The view is amazing. Nice personnel. The property is far from everything else so make sure you have a rental car if you chose this property. The puma trail is fun. Rooms have dehumidifiers which is nice. The doors from the balcony have large spaces between the door and the floor so expect bugs in the room.

The property is fantastic, It has a small forest that you can walk and its incredible, you have a heated pool where you can have drinks or lunch or dinner, its close to all mayor activities although it looks not close to town all the activities we did are in these area. I will definitly recomend it! Room was in great condition

The staff was wonderful. The room was fit for the surroundings. They had shuttles to move around the resort. Im going back next year.
