Need to clear all dishes and garbage. It's the first time I met this issue. Not so convenient for travellers.

工作人員服務良好和善，飯店近火車站。 但是她們網路回覆訊息慢 - 都是按照網路步驟，寫訊息給他們沒有彈性，比如說我們原先訂了兩床要變成雙人大床...結果沒有理會和回覆我們的訊息 和我們約打電話給他他們說要去網路做變更& 我們也不知道網路如何變更 ，當然我們是住到了兩人床房。房間沒有空調，他們是附有電風扇，但是他給了我們小的電風扇 & 我們退房時看到隔壁房的他們是大電風扇，對於我們比較怕熱天氣的人-- 大電風扇是比較好的。

酒店位置闹中取静，房间干净整洁，早餐实惠。

A good choice to stayby if you drive to the loire valley. Clean, quiet and good value for money

I like this accommodation most during this journey to France. It's mainly because there is a small kitchen there and we can cook good food of France. The environment is quite spacious and clean. The staff there is quite OK, except there will be no staff after 7pm and you have to contact them before you arrive there. That may be a big problem for those who don't know and arrive without the codes for entering the door and opening the key safe. Another shortcoming of the hotel is you have to pay if you want to change towel after 1 day use. If you live there more than 7 days, they can change for you free. However that's such a long time. I think they should change kitcen and small towel for us, even if they need to change some more on the rent.

Bien situé, logement propre

Excellent location; within ca. 10-minute walking distance from/to the Blois-Chambord railway station. Also within walking distance to the Museum of Magic, a tourist attraction, as well as many restaurants, shops, and bakeries. The reception desk closes in the early-mid evening. But the email communication re: how to enter the building & room is timely and effective. Clean and spacious room; modestly equipped but includes all the essentials. The kitchen, equipped with basic cookware and utensils, is a big plus.

Chambre correcte, commerces à proximité balade agréable à pied. Personnel agréable. Fascilité de transports pour aller les parcs animalier, châteaux….( Beauval, châteaux……. Literie à vérifier avant de donner la chambre.

Het hotel beantwoord helemaal niet aan wat er voorgesteld wordt. De kamer is een kruipkot met een smal bed, een aftandse badkamer, en de ijskast verwarmde de bovenliggende wasbakplaat. de ventilator kon de warmte (38 graden) voor geen graad verfrissen. De ontbijtruimte was veel te klein voor 97 kamers. Er was geen enkele vorm van verkoeling. De kamer was oppervlakkig proper, maar in detail bleken er toch verschillende gebreken te zijn. In vergelijking met ons hotel in Irurzum in Spanje, voor dezelfde prijs was dit afknapper van formaat.

Appartement confortable, sans plus. Bien placé, pas loin du chateau. Stationnement un peu compliqué si l'on ne prend pas le garage payant.

Le personnel est sympa, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, et l'hôtel est à moins de 10mins à pied du château. Par contre pour dormir c'est difficile à cause des fenêtres fines qui laissent passer tout le bruit, le lit et oreillers sont dures, et les rideaux laissent passer de la lumière. Finalement, l'annonce n'indique pas la tarif supplémentaire et réservation nécessaire pour le parking.

Chambre très propre. Personnel sympathique.. Très bien situé.

Chambre 96, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle, très calme, bien accessoirisé. Le QR code pour indiqué les commerces aux alentours est une super idée ! L'hôtel est très bien situé dans BLOIS on fait tout à pied.
