Staff was nice: Karen was able to checked me in earlier and also provided me with a travel adapter when I forgot to bring one. Room: The bed was very comfortable and room service was done everyday, just that they would leave the place slightly dirty (chocolate can be seen on the floor next to the study table and a empty water bottle seen in the side table beside the bed. The view is quiet nice as well and no buildings were being blocked. Wi-fi in the room gets slightly slower as you stay there longer. Facilities: The swimming pool was very small and laps can't be done. There was missing amenities such as toothbrush, shaver, bedroom slippers, safe etc. Which you would typically get in a hotel. Location: The location is quiet far from Westfield (about 30mins) and the nearest Woolies you can go is about 10 minute walk.
