Very nice place to stay

The worst place I have stayed in Ruidoso! Very expensive for what it is!

When I travel to Ruidoso on most occasion we stay at this hotel and not happy that I had to pay extra to upgrade my room when the room upgrade was the same as the room we previously reserved,

I booked and asked for a shower instead of a bathtub due to hip issues. There weren’t many people there but I was told no rooms had a shower only. Even with a few people there we had a room with people on either side. The walls are very thin and we could hear both sides. Children running in the hallway could be heard too.

Room and pool were clean. Breakfast was great! Thank you!

We don’t ever leave reviews but this hotel is worth leaving one. The hotel was super clean and the receptionist was so friendly.

Double charged us and it was a fight to get our money back

This is our frequent stop on way to AZ. The room size is great for our family if 5. The kids love the pool. The lobby is a good place to hangout but unfortunately the scent that they use there is overwhelming. For this reason I did not give a full five stars. It gave me a headache the short time that I was checking in and fortunately did not go all the way down the hallway to our room on the 1st floor.

NO MANAGER ON PROPERTY TO TAKE IMPORTANT DESCITIONS CONCERNING TO CUSTOMERS. Clerk stated that wont be a mamager until WEDNESDAY. It was saturday. What kind of elevated my ass is that kind of dirty unhospitable hotel

Nice hotel with a big chain hotel feeling. This is a gem in Ruidoso
