Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more.

Easy to reach from train station. Pool and two saunas visit included in room price. Breakfast as always great.

Everything is superb!!!

I stay with my mother and she is Whellchear user and I want to mention hotel has very poor amenities for disabled people, in room 305, which was designed as adapted for disabled people bathroom do not have any support to handle, no special bath chear was provided and hotel staff mention to as what not many disabled people coming to to stay, such answer I consider as discrimination against disability. During all our stay not offer even to open for as the door to access hotel garden and beach, no help provided to sit down my mother in the car. The hotel staff completely do not have idea how to serve and behave if guest has visible disability. We not feel welcomed. Hotel provided false info about amenities for disabled people. I think it’s not acceptable for five star service!

Very good location, clean, helpful stuff

Great spot with the beautiful beach just out the door. Plus close to the main hub of Jūrmala. Very friendly staff. Due to covid regulations the spa was not worth the visit.

We were not allowed to Board United Airlines because wqe did not have the correct Covid19 test. So we did not stay at the hotel. I called Expedia and the agent said she would contact the hotel to let them know and then I should hear from the hotel. Never heard from the hotel and nothing from Expedia.

Wethervit was amazing.

Breakfast buffet was extremely good. Choice and quality of food exceeds best West Europe hotels. But it is autumn and it was cold in our room.No heating was possible to switch on. So we left after one night there

Mostly great, but some odd rules, it was super hot and busy, but guests of the hotel were not allowed to use the (empty) cabanas on the beach!

It is a good 4star property. I think the best to choose to stay in Jurmala. If you order a room on Expedia they put you in the lower level worst rooms , but you can upgrade for 30euro for a better one and yes, there is a huge difference. Pls expect that not everybody speaks good English at the front desk and if you need to get something g you might need to speak to several people. Their Spa and workout facilities are excellent. Breakfast is included and it is great too. Close walk to all major facilities and they have a 24 hour lobby bar open which is very helpful if you arrive late. I would give it a tip score if I didn’t have to deal with the room situation.

I booked this beautifully looking hotel 2 months prior my trip and I got a dark room in a semi-basement in a building next to a hotel on a picture. My bed was so firm that I couldn't sleep on it and a housekeeper said that they just forgot to put a mattress cover on it. There was no enough sunbeds on a beach and a waitress service was just bad... I ordered a taxi to an airport and a front desk told me that it cost $47 and I know that I paid $17 on my way to the hotel, so I asked a girl why it's $47. The answer was that she didn't understand my request and gave me not a taxi but a hotel car. On a positive side: a great location and delicious breakfast. I was looking forward my stay and now I regret choosing this hotel.

This is truly a five star establishment, the lengths the staff goes to for their clientele is amazing. The staff all speak excellent English, and Latvian, which helped me greatly as I know just a small amount of Latvian. They are also proficient in Russian, which helps as a great deal of Russians enjoy visiting Latvia, and the beach side resorts of Jurmala. I stayed at this resort the night before my birthday, and the staff somehow found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a nice cake and a card at breakfast. It is these considerations and personal touches that lift this resort to the five star level.
