把我的访客信息和另外一个房间的互换了，我购买的早餐券不能使用了。后来几经波折才找到我的信息，真是有惊无险。还有使用谷歌导航开车是到不了此酒店的，因为这个酒店位置处于一个单行道上，我们开车兜了几圈最后放弃，只好在附近的停车场停车步行到此酒店，也算是一种体验。

服務態度良好，舒適，唯有交通位置剛開始不太好找。

Bel hôtel, bien situé, personnel gentil

Rent och fint rum med lite rymd. Frukosten var utmärkt med både varma och kalla valmöjligheter. Hotellet ligger ganska nära både Metro och busshållplatser.

Breakfast was ample and varied. Service and staff were attentive to our needs.

Quartos limpos, o unico problema era que a moca da limpeza esquecia de repor algo (pano do chão do banheiro, por exemplo) e levava a garrafa de agua e todo dia precisava pedir, ate que desisti... O quarto é bem espacoso, tem guarda-roupas, eapelho de corpo todo e a banheira também é grande Cafe com bastantes opções, tudo fresquinho e saboroso, o wifi as vezes deixava a desejar falhando e parando de funcionar Meu único ponto é que solicitamoa o late checkout e foi dito que era possivel sair as 14h, dai hoje falaram que nao poderia...

Otimo cafe da manhã, farto e com bastante variedade. Equipe dem atenciosa.

Excelente hotel. Limpeza impecável, localização perto de metro e ponto de ônibus, restaurantes e mercados. Funcionários foram atenciosos, nos ajudaram muito. Forneceram água todos os dias como cortesia. Super indico.

Inadequado para hóspedes com mobilidade reduzida. Nenhum apoio. Sala de banho perigosa. Escada sem corrimão. Nenhum apoio no pequeno almoço.

It is hotel policy to switch the air-con system on only in the summer months. Our stay was in March but the weather was warm, which meant it was too hot to sleep without opening the window. Unfortunately the noise outside was insane! Not background city white noise, but bottle banks being emptied, drunks gathering immediately outside hotel and a metro train literally a few yards away. The nice breakfast, helpful staff and convenient location don’t count for anything if sleeping is impossible.

Loved the hotel, staff was friendly helped with our needs, room was cleaned every single day that we were there, and sooo convenient with near by areas to see. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind staying again for the near future!
