This is definitely one of the best hotels we had lived so far! The excellent service impressed us and our room is very close to the beach! Our daughter was illed during the trip, and the staff is very caring and nice to us! Excellent hotel and great experience!

硬件完美，位置完美，沙滩完美，服务不太好，一直有种被怠慢的感觉，好像我们求着入住似的。

這是一間非常漂亮的飯店，有自己的沙灘和水上樂園，緊鄰帆船飯店。自助早餐品質很好，服務也很好。坐船和坐接駁車以及沙灘服務人員，態度都非常親切。每一棟villa都有管家，早晚各一個，很遺憾的是我們白天的女管家服務不專業而且態度差，即使知道客人不滿，卻選擇置之不理，讓我對這間飯店感到失望！如果你不是歐美人士，這間飯店或許不是最好的選擇！

The is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. All the services, staffs, products are the best. My family were very satisfied with our stay. Very enjoyable and great :)

It has every things inside the hotel itself. Many nice restaurants and shopping area and close to the beach too. The service is good and people are professional and polite and helpful. I will choose this one again for next visit.

I've travel all over the world and have stayed in 5 star hotel's but this was amazing everyone was so kind and you felt special I've never did a review on a hotel before if you are in Dubai please stay at the Jumeirah Madinat you want regret it. Thanks to everyone

My son ate at the hotel (and only at the hotel) and then had nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Notwithstanding all of that, the hotel refused to provide a doctor and accept any responsibility. I spent days arguing with them. Terrible and shocking.

Leider waren die Zimmer selbst zu offiziellen Check-in Zeit nicht bezugsfertig. Dürfte eigentlich bei einem Haus dieser Liga nicht passieren!

This was our first time at Jumeirah Dar Al Maysaf, and it was an absolutely perfect stay from check-in to check-out! Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. Our lagoon room was beautiful, spacious, airy and luxurious, with a super-comfy bed and an incredible dressing area and bathroom. The outside balcony was incredible too, overlooking the lagoon, perfect for early coffee and evening drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed the aperitifs and snacks which were served each evening before heading off to dine in one of the amazing restaurants, We particularly enjoyed spending time at ‘Celeste’ which is an adults only pool bar with direct access to the beach and amazing views of Burj Al Arab! It was so peaceful with a cooling breeze from the ocean. Thank you to everyone for providing us with an unforgettable stay - we will definitely be back!
