酒店位置在佛罗伦萨和比萨的中间点，距离比萨斜塔30分钟的车程，选的带kitchen的公寓酒店，设施特别全还可以自己做饭，锅具餐具冰箱一应俱全。只是房间可能刚刚装修，有一点点味道，但是很新很新。

We stayed at the deluxe apartment and although it was pretty that was about it. The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. Since the hotel is located in the town centre, there very limited parking options so we had to use the underground parking garage which they charged 20 euros a night for. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it would have been another 20 euros per person per day. Since we stayed at the apartment it was a separate building from the hotel and you would think that paying more for the apartment meant better services but nope. It seems that there was an up-charge for any service that would normally be included with the regular hotel rooms, for example we had to pay for daily housekeeping if we wanted our rooms cleaned daily. Also the parking garage at multiple times wouldn’t open with the access card and they also charged us for parking on our check out day. Overall this was not a good hotel stay, the only positive was that it was situated very close to restaurants, cafes and markets so it was nice to explore the town. If you’re thinking of staying here I would opt for the basic hotel rooms. We had no choice but to get the apartment as it seemed like the only comfortable option for a family of 3

Small very nice town. Friendly people. Excellent hotel. Especially the staff. 5 stars all around.

The location from the train station is only a ten minute walk. You are near two Michelin reviewed restaurants and the breakfast and underground parking was a great convenience. If you are ever arriving late my train into Pontedera and need a safe overnight this would be it.

Excellent hotel. We stayed at their apartments right behind and it was a really pleasant surprise. We loved the setup, the proximity with restaurants, the town center, and the train station.

Ottima struttura ma disponibilità, cortesia e rapporto col cliente direi davvero pessimi.

This hotel is beautiful. It is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The staff are lovely too. It is situated ten minutes from the train station and from there you can get to Pisa/Florence/Livorno easily. There is a secure underground carpark which is handy as well.

Pessimo serviço, reservei quartos no prédio principal e nos colocaram em edifico anexo sem qualquer explicação. Não foram trocadas as toalhas, não abasteceram papel higiênico, nem foi limpo o quarto. Quando pedimos para que trocassem as toalhas e limpassem o quarto disseram de maneira muito grosseira que só após 3 dias. Uma experiência horrível

A beautiful hotel like the luxury you would expect in a 5 star from the staff to the quality of the breakfast and all in between. I highly recommend this jewel in the middle of a small quiet suburb.

Very luxurious room

Beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Staff were superb, great attention to detail and pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good, lovely dining room. Great parking too, very secure and well maintained. I would say the only two things that let it down were: 1. A few things such as the loose bidet (bolts need tightening), the light on the mirror not working, and the fridge turned off took the edge off the place. I had to pull the fridge out to find it wasn't connected properly, but the cleaning staff should have noticed this whilst checking the fridge for water. 2. The light coloured laminate floor in the bedroom is really dated and detracts from the grand, opulent style the hotel has gone for. It totally spoils such a lovely room and building. Compared to such a luxurious marble tiled shower, it felt really basic and 20 years out of date. I would stay again though as it was an enjoyable experience overall and fair value for money.

Charming hotel in a nice small city center. Very tasteful rooms. Unfortunately they seemed a bit un-prepared to deal with guests wanting a meal. The only thing they serve there is breakfast.

We only stayed one night but from what we saw it was a beautiful hotel Our Superior bedroom was a great size with a huge comfy bed and lovely bathroom
