Nice place, friendly staffs, nice view, beautiful city

I was worried to travel abroad and to a place that I didn't know the language, but the staff was incredibly helpful. Everything was perfect couldn't recommend enough

When we arrived, we found that our room had not been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was dirty. It smelled strongly of urine, and it was obvious that the floor and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was very disappointing. Later, a maintenance staff member came and cleaned only the toilet. He himself noticed how dirty it was. The only positive thing about our stay was that they offered free parking.

Just a few miles from airport (too far to walk) - abour 1/2 mile from bus stop down to Venice - Very Helpful and Very inexpensive. Rooms were slightly above average for Europe. Need EU power adaptors for sure. We used this hotel twice and would do so again.

Goed hotel en prima bus verbinding naar Venetië. Gratis Parkeerplaats achter het hotel dus een goede locatie als je met de auto op reis bent.

This hotel is very close to the airport, thus grabbing a cab in the airport will be hard since taxi drivers will not drive for less than 15€. Other than that the property is nice and the bus is pretty close aswell about 5 min walking and 25min to venice from there. They are also really friendly and held our bags for 8hrs+ and we had some extra time to kill since our flight was at 10pm and spent that time in venice whilst they held our bags, very grateful for that. Breakfast is okay but maybe not worth the extra price to pay for it if it’s not included. Over all great place.

Nice location. We could see Venice from our window. Little garden with tables. The bed was a bit form for me. Excellent breakfast.

6 min shutle to VCE. Not much in walking distance. Bus nearby (15 mi ) to the island

Excellent hotel! Very nice, clean, lots of amenities, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, beautiful lobby and lounge, on site restaurant with excellent food. Five stars.

Staff is nice but property is not great. Rooms are nice on levels 1-5. 6th floor is meant for people with animals.

CLEAN ROOM, GOOD STAFF, HOWEVER, BAR WASN'T STAFFED AND DRINKS WERE OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED WHEN THEY GOT A BARTENDER TO THE BAR.

The property is in a good location and clean. The rooms were ready for us when we arrived without issue. The staff could have been a little more helpful regarding some bus information and navigating the town but other than that everything was great.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo que facilita los traslados, y también para moverse hacia otras ciudades. El hotel muy limpio.

Everything was cleaned well. staff very welcoming and helpful. Because we had occupants in the room, would have liked having a second cup in bathroom.
