Nice place, friendly staffs, nice view, beautiful city

Friendly staff. Rooms are basic. Thermostat cannot be adjusted.

Great staff. Looks nice on the outside. My room reeked of vinegar and spit was chipped in many spots. I could get the shampoo dispenser to work in the shower then i dropped it and cut my forehead on the shampoo holder when going to pick up the bottle. Great breakfast and hosts. Not so nice rooms.

Staff was ok. I was highly disappointed this nice hotel did not have a gym. The restaurant food was bad.

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer war ok aber man darf nicht genau hin sehen . Die Matratze ist sehr hart die Kopfkissen sehr hoch . Man hört die angrenzenden Zimmer . Handtuchhalter fehlen , Staub am Nachtkästchen lauter kleine Dinge eben . Das Frühstück ist auch ok aber nichts besonderes. Für eine besichtigung von Venedig denoch ausreichend.

Chambre très propre accueil très courtois par contre nourriture au restaurant correct sans plus. Si vous prenez une salade pas de vinaigrette oú mayonnaise. Très sec. Si voulez un bon conseil, prenez le temps d’aller manger à l’extérieur.

The breakfast selection was terrible. Should be a 2 star hotel. Needs a complete renovation.

Een 4 persoonskamer kan je niet zomaar een superior noemen. Ook de staat van de kamer was gedateerd, zoals het het hotel. Maakt weinig indruk voor een 4 sterren. Terwijl er op personeel en zeker het restaurant niets aan te merken valt

Große Zimmer. Großer Parkplatz. Hotel wird renoviert und ist gepflegt. Gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Im großen und ganzen ok für 1 Nacht

Mögel i badrummet. Obekväma sängar. Undermålig frukost. Personalen var bra och ordnade ett byte av rum men det blev tyvärr inte bättre.

Oh my oh my this is an amazing place we took superior room and wow was it beautiful. If you are going on a cruise it is literally across the road...

Had to use taxi at 3:45, and did not use the bar.

Not bad but price should be less.

Inadequate lighting in bedroom and no shampoo; otherwise, the staff were extremely gracious and helpful…made arrangements for a taxi and tracked down luggage left on previous taxi
