Having stayed at this resort for a number of occasions, i am always pleased to see how immaculate and well maintained all areas of the resort are. There is a good selection of restaurants with various dining options available. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and are dedicated to ensuring your stay is enjoyable. My particular thanks to Dev and the beach attendants for looking after me every year.

I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also.

Great resort with lots to do. The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days. There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort. There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going for All Inclusive Plus so you dont have to worry about the cost of food and drink as it can be expensive otherwise. The AI plan covers for all restaurants in all 3 hotels apart from the Indian restaurant where they give you an allowance towards the bill, well worth the money still. The only downsides: Drifting track next door to the resort is very noisy and if the wind is blowing your direction the smell of rubber and dust is quite bad, especially at the weekends when its most busy. The beach is lovely and sandy however there is a view of the construction of the Jebel Ali Palm straight ahead and to the right the Industrial Zone Port therefore not exactly a scenic view however it didnt bother us too much as the sun wasn't out to sea so you're not really facing out to the sea. The resort is located outside of Dubai and takes a good 30 mins to transfer from DXB airport. The resort does have a free shuttle bus service to the malls every day but there's nothing in walking distance.

this was hands down the best resort we have stayed in , the service was just exceptional. we plan to come back again in future. both my daughters didn't want to leave this place.

This property has an all inclusive option which is great in Dubai. The water sport facilities were fantastic! The staff were also just brilliant and it was super clean

Not worth the money – too far from civilization, noisy even at night with workers shouting and slamming doors. The buggy transfers are unreliable, and I waited an hour at reception to get my room...

Excellent facility with very very good service

Das Ja Resort liegt gut 45 Minuten von pulsierenden Metropole entfernt. Wer also Ruhe und Entspannung sucht und sich dabei am liebsten nicht fortbewegen möchte ist im Palm Tree Court absolut richtig. Wer sportlich unterwegs sein möchte, findet ebenfalls ausreichend Beschäftigung. Die Anlage aus den den 3 Hotels kann man zu Fuß erkunden, sich aber auch an jeden Ort per Buggy bringen lassen. Zum etwas außerhalb gelegenen Shootingclub bringt dich ein kleiner Bus innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Die Reserverierung der Restaurants empfiehlt sich nicht zu knapp, sonst bekommt den Tisch nicht zur gewünschten Zeit. Typisch Emirate ist die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals mit einem Lächeln und das Ermöglichen aller Wünsche.
