The location was good, near restaurants and stores. Although the room was quite small, it was manageable. The staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool area. We also paid for the breakfast which offered a variety of foods. If you pay forore than 1 breakfast you get a discount. The facility was very clean.

Room was immaculate, not sure about AC, thermostat wouldn’t allow me to reset , slept with window open, the pool water was to cold for me but others may love that, hot tub was like warm may want to look into that,

The staff was really nice and it was able to accomadate all of our needs

Room very clean. Staff lovely ,friendly. Bathroom was very small. Airton worked well.. Didn't try breakfast. Breakfast in nearby cafes was cheaper. Over all a very nice place to stay.

The room was small but adequate. The breakfast really was very decent, especially for a hotel buffet. The staff was amazing - very helpful. I liked the location - away from the touristy areas but the city was easy to get around in.

Room (No 52) on fifth floor very small and dark, decor very tired and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Bathroom tiny and hard to move around, the door frame was in very poor condition, it was rotted at the bottom. Also this room is right next to the lift and it was really noisy, making grinding noises each time it landed at the floor. As we were only there for a day and a half we stayed put but I will book closer to the centre next time. I think the part of the hotel we were in was an older part and it definitely needs the decor refreshing. Breakfast was good value and varied and the staff were friendly.

Close to metro and tourist attractions Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ms Arlyn

A very well-maintained hotel, very clean rooms, and very attentive and helpful staff. In an excellent location for getting around, going out, dining, etc.

Malheureusement la chambre était située juste à coté de l'ascenseur. La porte de la chambre ne coupait pas du tout du bruit, donc à chaque utilisation de l'ascenseur c'était beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Vraiment pas agréable.

Amabilidad del personal y habitaciones muy confortables, el baño un poco reducido. Lamentablemente el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación y nunca resolvieron la situación.

Room was spacious and clean tv and mini bar provided also , unfortunately there was renovations in the pool/hot tub area so unavailable but still a nice place and would choose to stay again 7/10

The room was confortable, nice bed and shower. There is a big corridor to connect both hotels, so where I was there was no reception. A friend arrived and was informed they couldnt call me at the room, so I felt a little bit isolated. Breakfast was nice, staff friendly and good location. Had no problem to call Ubers even the road in front has no parking space.

Avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel sur Barcelone, bien situées par rapport aux lignes de métro, quelques minutes à pied de la ligne Bleue L5. Par contre mauvaise insonorisation, dès que l’ascenseur fonctionne, ça résonne dans tout l’étage et tout l’immeuble. Et nous étions au dernier étage et au plus loin de l’ascenseur.! Parking accessible pour quelques voitures, nous avons eu de la chance, il y avait une place pour nous. N’avons pas pris les petits déjeuners. Belle petite piscine sur le toit avec vue agréable.

The place design is so hectic. The hotel is connected by the main hotel through an underground hallway. Also it’s true that the A/C doesn’t work. Plus the bathroom was sooo dark. The tiny light barely would lit the mirror. Even for a short stay it was uncomfortable.
