第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。

整體而言真的非常棒，房間大小、整潔度、施備都很好，找不到缺失，而且價格也非常合理。前台員工素質非常好，餐廳服務生也非常專業。

Would return in a heartbeat....15 min walk tp Old Town. Indoor pool was great and refreshing Restaurant and cocktails with an amazing view cannot be beat

Incredibly helpful staff . Thought the room rates were too high for what you got . Excellent choices on the menu enhanced by eating on the terrace .

Amazing hotel!!! The private beach and the views are the best part!! Staff was very friendly and good/drinks at the restaurant were great. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and old town. Highly highly recommend!!

Great location outside the old city- easy walk or bus. Outside the restricted driving zone and has parking. Beatitiful views from rooms and breakfast/dining area - out to the water

The check-in Desk and Concierge were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The room was super clean and we had all the amenities that we would want. The location is perfect as you could walk to downtown and enjoy the many restaurants and shops. It was one of our favorite places.

Staff was extremely attentive, especially during breakfast time we felt really cared for. Room was spacious, well designed and clean. Turndown service was a nice and throughout our stay housekeeping was very friendly. Sun beds were always well taken care of and staff was always happy to help there, also early in the morning when we wanted to take a morning swim in the ocean. Spa was a bit of a let down for us.

We stayed in room 509 which is very close to reception- which was convenient but slightly noisy at times when large parties were checking in/out. This was a very minor issue however and the room was generally very good - comfortable bed, nice decor, decent bathroom and beautiful views from the ample balcony. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the old town which was perfect for us as it was easily accessible while we had some respite from the crowds. Food and drink from the bar was excellent - the burger and prawn tacos were particularly good while the signature cocktails were always delightful. The breakfast was also superb. The staff were the real standout feature however though - everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Bellevue.

Highly recommend this hotel, stunning views and well located as only a 15 minute walk into the old town so close to landmarks but can escape the heavy crowds. Hotel staff were excellent - incredibly accommodating, couldn’t ask for more.

If you get a chance to stay here, please do it amazing hotel. From staff to amenities and let’s not forget about the view! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has the opportunity to do so!!

We had superior room with balcony and sea view. Lovely breakfast room / terrace and choice. Staff plentiful and friendly. Only used pool and wellness centre once (but was lovely) The private sun beds / each area looked nice but we were so busy we didn’t use ! Went walked into old town every day (around 20 mins downhill to Pile gate) also walked to Lapad and Gruz for boat trips. Such a great position if you don’t mind some hills (hills and loads of steps in Dubrovnik !) walls amazing, telecabine worth the trip. Lopud island and Cavtat great boat day trips. Lovely holiday

What a beautiful, modern hotel. Fantastic views from our room and especially the restaurant. We had dinner which was gourmet quality, and breakfasts were excellent. Very nice spa facility which was a great break from playing tourist. Staff were consistently excellent. A relatively easy walk to the old town. Highly recommend the Bellevue.

This property was amazing! 5 star all the way. The rooms are beautiful and the view is spectacular. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and we ate at the restaurant and it was excellent. It is a place to stay and unwind for a week. Just stunning property.

Hotel was very nice, located with a view and clean. Rooms were not exactly fully equipped with basic necessities but it was ok. Views are really great. Breakfast was ok, I think it does the job. Staff was helpful and kind with our questions.

Excellent breakfast. The gym and pool hours were shorter than expected.
