Close to city center and have a very nice church opposite to it. The breakfast is awesome and the room is neat and tidy. Though it is a little bit dark. If you are expecting a hot shower , sorry it may disappointed you. The water pressure may not be satisfying you.

The room was spacious so clean with great facilities and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It was a pleasure to stay there. The location was super. We'll return again.

This is just not a great hotel if you are traveling solo, don’t drink alcohol and/or don’t party. Especially for the price, you’d think there wouldn’t people drunk and/or shouting most of the night, but there are. Other guests would look at you weirdly at restaurants if you’d don’t order drinks. I will say the spa and the spa manger are freaking lovely!

Room was huge. Staff are super friendly. We had dinner in The Tan Yard which excellent. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also very good and had a spa feel with the low lighting. So relaxing. I had a spa treatment with Johanna which was fabulous. I didn’t have time to Make use of the spa hydro pool but it looked lovely. Overall we had a beautiful one night stay and will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful hotel, spotless rooms with everything you’d need. Walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely will stay here again

Great room with plenty of things to do within walking distance. The hot tub and recreation facilities were top notch. Breakfast was top tier.

I enjoyed my stay as I went for the Killarney Christmas parade which was outstanding. Rooms were spotless,pool was very clean but cold . Car parking was a nightmare but I k ow there was lots going on in the town but it adds abit of stress when you can’t find a space and you have children with you. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great location in Killarney. Nice pool and spa as well as clean rooms.

The hotel overall was very good and food at tan yard restaurant was excellent. Only issue was undergroubd parking. Sadly the hotel footprint is long and thin, and thus the ug garage is highly constricted. When i was there it was full with no spots and p barely a place to turn around and exit. One way traffic only and crazy if you had anything other than a tiny car. Pay the fee and park in the public lot above ground nearby. I cannot express adequately how scary it was to be in that garage.

Excellent place to stay in the staff is exceptional. The one thing that is negative is the parking underneath the hotel is incredibly small and inefficient.
