Location was good. Most staff was friendly. We booked a double bed but was given 2 singles. When asked about it, they didn't help and didn't give another room even when booked and said we would have to upgrade with additional charges. That was disappointing. We was staying for 4 nights so they could have moved us even if hotel was fully booked at the time. The shower room had a very bad smell. Room needs to be modernised even for a budget property

Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay

We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay. Handy location close to the beach and a short tram ride from the airport. Very close to the promenade, supermarket and tram stop is a 2 minute walk from hotel. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave bags before our late night flight. The room had a fridge which was super handy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However did not like how your room was cleaned. Also the carpet needs to be replaced on the floor I was on.

A basic clean room at a good price. Aircon, shower. Wifi all worked well. Located next to the tram stop with trams every few minutes to the city centre, airport and buses connections to Monaco and Cannes. Close to supermarkets and a nice cafe. Friendly staff who spoke good English. I’d go there again.

Good quality for the price, pleasant staff and great location. Within walking distance to the beach and promenade des Anglais. Tram to the city centre old Nice and the airport within 3 minutes walk from the property. You have 2 supermarkets close by if you plan to cook some meals during your stay. Room and bathroom were the cleanest I have been in all the Apart Hotel I've stayed in so far so thank you to the chamber maid(s) for that. However the corridors carpet and ambiance in general could use a make over and a good steam cleaning (for the carpet). Overall it was a pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it if you're on a budget but still want good comfort.

The rooms were good besides mold in the bathroom. I don't get why they don't renovate the musty hallways though it makes no sense to me. As well there is a terrible odor in the lobby and elevator and I have no clue what it's from. Also, something to note which I was not aware of (likely my fault) room cleaning is not included, and neither is towel replacement.

Light in corridor not working. Very dark in corridors and dirty carpet in corridors. Safe in the bedroom. Burnt mark on the kitchen work plan. Groutings in bathroom can be improved. The air conditioner was working amazing and helped us have a good night sleep. The swimming pool was good but floor tiles on entrance of pool area were breaking apart and we were walking on tiles and grouting staying stuck to our feet. The breakfast was good. The customer service was good.The room was clean and everything needed was there for cooking and washing in both kitchen and bathroom. Good location. Thank you for an overall good stay.

The hotel was perfectly located. Only 40 minute walk or 20 minute tram ride from the airport. Staff were amazing, kind and very professional!

The hotel was pretty much as we had expected, perfect to be used as a base rather than spending your holiday there. The location is great with the tram and beach so close. The apartment itself was perfect for 4 people and we had a huge balcony which was great. The pool is unusual - there’s no sun loungers and you cannot bring your own chairs or inflatables, just lie on a towel on the ground.

The room size is good and having an actual balcony that is large enough to spend some time on is incredible.

Good quality - price ratio. Very nice location near beach and tram/bus stops.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and available.
