This is my first time to comment a hotel. Honestly, the location is very nice. I book 2 rooms and stayed 4 nights in this hotel. One of the bed room doesn’t have exhaust fan in the bathroom and toilet, and the door of the bathroom is out of shape, we can’t close the door. Our bedroom is on the ground floor, the windows are close to the street, it was very noisy at the midnight. It was rainy when we checked out, there is no roof between our rooms and the lobby. I ask the reception to get an umbrella to assist us to carry the luggages to the lobby. But the staff told me they don’t have umbrella and no people assist me to carry the luggages to the lobby. Finally, I took care two old people, and took 4 big luggages to the lobby in the rain. In addition, I can’t accept that there is no seat in the lobby. We stood over 15 minutes wait for a taxi in the lobby, there were about 5 staffs in the lobby, but no people assisted with us, I felt so embarrassed.

The location is really in the old town, nice view from my room to see the bridge and castle. The crews in the hotel are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a Baroque suite for 3 nights. The room is extremely huge composed of a large living room, a small kitchen, a spacious bedroom and two washrooms. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The only improvement that we recommend is about the supply of heating and hot water in the room. We have to wait for 10 min before we can get warm in the room and hot water for shower. Nevertheless, it is a minor issue for us. The location of the hotel is excellent. Ten minutes to walk to major spots in the old town area. There is a pizzeria and several restaurants just next to the hotel. But we recommend the hotel Cafe for breakfast and dinner (lunch is always out for sightseeing). It is really good.

The double bed was below standard. Upgrading is needed urgently. The condition of the room at G/F facing courtyard was below satisfaction for the price. In general, renovation of the room interior is urgently required.

The bath had no shower stall. Go take a shower it made the bathroom and everything in it wet. A simple shower curtain would help. Otherwise it is a lovely hotel. Not sure it is 5 star Great service

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed for three nights, and overall we were very satisfied. The only small downside was that the breakfast options were the same every day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

everything was perfect -- staff were amazing, rooms were charming and perfectly sized... SUCH A GREAT LOCATION. you cannot go wrong. base of the charles bridge. it's ALL about location but the hotel and it's architecture were outstanding as well!

Food and beverage is very expensive in the cafe. 1 expresso, 1 cappuccino and 2 poached eggs was $40.00.

The best hotel you can imagine. Located right near the Charles Bridge and Old Town, with tram stops within 100 meters. The historic Cafe Slavia and National Theater 7 minutes walk, Cafe Savoy 10 minutes walk. The Prague Astronomical Clock is 5 minutes walk. On trams you go to Vysegrad and beautiful Vinohrady. I reached the Prague Castle through the Charles Bridge by foot, but you can go by tram as well. Any way you go from the hotel, it is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and cozy. Several outlets in the room. Excellent windows; no noise from the street. The internet was flying. The service is impeccable. Whatever you need - the staff is there. Everything is spick and span, very clean. The complimentary minibar really pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast is on a pricey side, but the ambiance of the room and the choices and quality were excellent; the buffet included meats, cheeses, eggs, mushrooms, salmon, yogurts, pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, teas, and some other items. Excellent value, and excellent experience. Highly recommend.
