Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean and generously sized rooms! Highlight was the pool area and in particular the staff serving during the day, service was spot on! Couple of teething issues checking in with regard to bed set up, minor issue in the grand scheme! Thanks Wyndham

At check in the male member of staff was friendly but gave no information about the hotel like breakfast, car park, gym, pool etc. Our room was Sunset Suite which was a large room. The settee was made into a sofa bed already which wasn’t required. I asked a cleaning supervisor if the sofa bed could be changed to the settee but she didn’t speak English. I used the room phone to call reception and asked them but the girl said no it couldn’t be changed back. I asked a cleaner and she gladly changed it back. The bath had some chips in the base, a brown/red dirty mark of something and some bodily hairs within. The rest of the room was clean. The cleaning of the room was very good each day. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress really needed replaced as there was 2 large hollows in the mattress. Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful in breakfast. All-in-all a good hotel. We would go back but only if the mattresses and pillows were renewed.

The place was very comfortable, with great breakfast and super nice staff. Everyone was helpful and kind. The suite with 2 rooms was very spacious and nicely decorated. If I had to comment on something that could be improved would be the garden. However the fact that the personnel was so pleasant trumps any shortcomings of the grounds. Note. Parking underground can be challenging if your car is medium to large -

Stayed here for a few years now and the accommodation is perfect. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is the best.

The hotel, staff, room and spa are 5 star. However, the pool area and breakfast restaurant looks tired and dated. The bar is lovely but lacks atmosphere which is a shame as the hotel is surrounded by top golf courses hence why golfers stay here so the hotel could potentially take a lot of money over the bar if they made it more relaxed, casual and sporty. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are fabulous it’s just these areas that management need to have a look at.

Terrific property that is very well cared for by their exceptional hospitality and housekeeping staff. The breakfasts are wonderful and begin at 7 am sharp so you can make your early tee time. My only criticism would be the underground parking which I found to be tight in a couple of spots but there is surface parking which I used. Hope to return.

Despite the rain the hotel remains a wonderful retreat, beautiful outside and poolside areas to relax - when it’s dry! Great indoor pool and sauna

This hotel was fabulous! The Service was excellent! Luz was exceptional and sent me a cake and champagne 🍾 for my birthday. We would definitely stay there again!
