This hotel is clean the rooms are great but that is were it ends. The free breakfast was wonderful with plenty to choose from. As far as the staff i have mixed feeling. Some were friendly were others not so much. You litterly have to pay for everything there. If you wanted to play pool,you have to pay to rent the balls to play. There are no vending machines for snacks so if you want a snack, you have to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to get to a store. I felt for the price this hotel it should have offered more without charging for everything.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! From the breakfast, to the pool, to the staff—-it was a wonderful experience!

Convenient location for exploring the city. Multiple restaurants nearby. Big parking. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pools with towels provided. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for an affordable price. There's also a good choice of snacks and drinks at the bar. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the city, ocean and airport.

Ruhiges und gepflegtes Hotel In einer ruhigen Lage. Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück hat noch Luft nach oben - Brötchen und Backwaren oft nicht frisch, viel Dosenobst und mageres Gemüseangebot. Vielleicht waren das Angebot bei den warmen Speisen besser, wurde von mir nicht genutzt. Personal war "zurückhaltend höflich".

I had a wonderful stay at San Miguel Park Hotel. The beds were by far the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a very long time. The linens were soft and luxurious, and the towels were spotless and fresh. The room was beautifully designed, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. Every detail made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay, always happy to assist with anything I needed. Overall, everything was honestly perfect. I would highly recommend San Miguel Park Hotel to anyone visiting São Miguel and would definitely stay here again!

Free parking, close to city centre

Great location to walk downtown, easy parking and great breakfast. Easy access to the main roads to get around the island. Overall it was a good stay, but consistent A/C issues and lack of friendliness at the front desk.

This hotel is spectacular. Every room is visually curated and stunning. The space was clean and the amenities were gorgeous. I truly have nothing bad to say and think the 8.8 rating is lower than it should be. A must stay!

Amazing rooms (recently renovated), very attentive and supportive staff (helping out with early breakfast package, taxi service and so on). I would definitely come back again.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, grand stationnement. Notre chambre était très grande, belle déco. Petit déjeuner acceptable, pâtisserie fraîche, peu de choix dans les fruits.
