Excelente servicio durante el apagón!! Miguel nos mantenía informados y tranquilizaba a los huéspedes.

The hotel is in very busy part of city— very nice hotel with nicely furnished rooms— nice breakfast buffet. Parking is convenient but very expensive —€38

Hotel needs a serious deep cleaning. While it is in a great area and looks nice in photos, so many aspects of the property itself grossed me out. Crud everywhere. It actually felt unsanitary with mildew, mold and crud in the bathroom sink, shower, on baseboards, door sills, etc.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are clean, nicely setup and comfortable. Service was truly excellent accommodation all our requests. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Icon Embassy is in a great part of town. Easy to walk to many parts of the city, close to shopping and coffee shops. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent…so many options.

The hotel is the perfect location. Hotel is extra clean and staff is very friendly. The first room I got was very small but then the staff put me in a bigger room and it was perfect

El lobby muy sucio y las instalaciones en general deterioradas, la expectativa por las fotos eran otras, la atención muy buena sobre todo el personal del desayuno, la ubicación muy buena pero lo de la limpieza del lobby me hizo sentir en un hostal!

Great location

Spent one night here before flying back home, as the hotel is located towards the outer edge of the city, closer to the airport. Metro was conveniently few blocks away. Great no-frills hotel, clean, awesome hot water shower, beds were ok. Overall, recommend as a decent option close to the airport.
