日久失修，廁所好污糟好多污跡，沖涼企缸個浴簾爛既，同職員講左，住左幾日都冇人黎整返/換房。 窗只係開到一邊，仲要係只開到一半。 冇冷氣冇風扇，個廚房仔冇抽煙/抽氣機。 但前台職員每個都溝通到，housekeeping就完全唔識英文。垃圾自己掉去垃圾房，冇人會執房（除非住滿8日/額外比錢）。 行3Mins就有間casino supermarket, 行遠啲有G20 supermarket. Metro同巴士站都係5 mins路程左右，交通都方便。

This appartment hotel is fully equipped with sufficient utensils. It is also clean enough. The price is really acceptable in Paris where the price is always really high. It is easily accessed by the Metro system but it is a bit far away from the city centre. But the price and equipments cover this inconvinence. Also, there is a hypermarket (casino) which is near this hotel.

單人房相對在法國便宜，也有提供廚房，房間牆壁不太乾淨，浴室蓮蓬頭有些問題，如果省錢又想一個人住算是不錯得選擇

Hardly five minutes from the metro station (Line 8) on the outskirts of Paris (Maisons Alfort) close to the Bos de Vincennes (and the chateau). Near where the Marne joins the Seine so nice walks around the lock on the Marne and along the two rivers. Nice little studio. Supermarket and a couple of other shops nearby. On the other side of the Marne and up the hill a bit is the main street of Charenton le Pont with brasseries, etc.

En cette période de canicule, pas d'air conditionné mais un ventilateur a été mis à disposition

Respectful and helpful staff, clean room, nice view from the window and a cozy place ! The only issue was connected with the hot water, however if you have a question, request, don’t hesitate to ask the reception, they are ready to fix the latest. Would want to stay in here in the future as well.

dommage qu il n y pas de climatisation

Voyage de 10 jours à Paris. L’aparthotel est à proximité du métro rendant tout Paris accessible même Versailles pour 2,50€. Il y a aussi un marché Auchan à 100 mètres pour les victuailles et une bouteille de vin. La vie de quartier avec bar et petits commerces.

Un hotel très bien placé, un accueil sympathique et efficace

Dingy building bed was small dark hallways

Staff was amazing. They provided stop by stop on the metro to my daily adventures. Breakfast was delicious each morning. It’s going by to be my Paris lodging for future visits.
