Overall is good

clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.

The Room smell really bad, sure is someone been vomit before because we check in at a late time around 9p.m cause of our flight delay, so we didnt bother to change, but it was a really bad experience.

My time at the hotel was not great the days I was there it was very hot; there are no Air conditioning in the both rooms they put a small fan in the room. The fan gives off a hot air instead of cold air. Next thing NO REFRIGERATOR is in the rooms either I had two rooms book under my name and when I checked my friend room it was the same like mine; I went downstairs to entire about the rooms I was told each room doesn’t have Air conditioning or refrigerator; I was so disappointed for my first day and time in England. Each time I’m leaving the hotel the gate wouldn’t let us out so every-time I have to take a ticket I have a talk with the front desk they update the ticket next day it return to the same issue. I will return to England soon but I will not return that that hotel again.

Perfect location for the nec just a 5 min walk away, convenient well stocked garage just outside the gate with a Greggs inside, would defo use again, great value with a pool aswell

Enjoyed our short stay here. Perfectly located for attending a gig at the arena next door. Parking was good, room was clean and comfortable for the night we was there and every staff member we met was friendly and always available. Many thanks and we will definitely be back

I have been using this hotel for nine years now to attend trade shows, booking 5 rooms at a time for 2 nights. Great staff, excellent value for money, good food, and excellent location......but if the weather is warm you will NOT get any sleep. Unlike the lovely cool bar the air-con in the rooms is complete rubbish. A faint warm draught leaks out from the vent and the controls on the wall simply control the noise level. The windows have a safety system that only allows them to open one single centimetre (I am NOT exaggerating). This is wide enough to let in the noise of traffic, planes and trains, but not a breath of air. You constantly wake up sticky and uncomfortable throughout the night. I have commented on this annually and nothing has ever been done. It is increasingly unlikely I will book again.

Convenient airport hotel, close to parking, freeing a reasonable restaurant and leisure facilities.

Amazing location, very close to BP Pulse live. Me and my partner stayed in this hotel during a heatwave and the room was where we stayed was extremely uncomfortable. Not only was the temperature very hot, but it felt like it hadn’t been properly aired in a while as the air felt really saturated and it smelled moldy. We asked for a fan at the reception and were told they had none, but we passed by a lot of bedrooms that were being cleaned and that had the doors opened that had fans inside (perhaps they had run out of fans, but o feel that this could have been mentioned by whoever talked with us on the reception).

Staff were nice, rooms clean and bed comfy. The spa facilities was the only thing that let the experience down for me. Very dated, tired looking and smaller than photos lead you to believe. However, the main reason we booked this hotel was the closeness to Bp Pulse, literally a 5 minute walk.

My daughter and I booked to stay for 2 nights, however due to the heat and the fact that there was no air conditioning at the property we ended up leaving on the day we arrived. We were not offered a refund, full or partial. I was not happy with the way staff acted when we told them of our decision. We were pretty much told that that was our choice. Will not stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. From the checking in early which was no problem at all, to sorting out the parking, to giving us directions. The afternoon tea was an equally pleasurable experience. Fantastic location

Enjoyed the amenities and great location 5 min walk to NEC. But had the worse couple of nights there due to noise. First night was what can only be described as a heard of elephants trying to jump into our room, very creaky floorboards and can hear everything through walls. Second night there was a party going on directly below us in the basement… complained about the noise after 10pm sounded like we were sleeping next to the DJ box , thumping music when trying to sleep as up early. Hotel did not charge for child bed due to us complaining but would not choose to stay here again if needing sleep.

Stayed here a few times now, staff are always helpful and explain everything you need to know, rooms are fairly large and always clean.

Fabulous staff in a well run hotel— it is exactly what it sets out to be, no fuss, comfortable (but not luxurious), with decent food, bar & great facilities. Breakfast was great & recommended.

Hotel was absolutely roasting, understandable in a heatwave. But no fans on offer or AC, my room on the top floor had closed windows and was 30°c at least! Spa/leisure facilities are outdated and not particularly well maintained, won't stay again.
