Most of the staff was wonderful, but when the ice machine doesn’t work at 5:30 in the morning, the front desk clerk was very dismissive even though I told him my husband had a fever and we really needed the ice.

Bon: Personnel très gentil. Bien situé, à 5 minutes de la mer. En face du casino. Grand balcon avec vue sur la mer en biais. Moins bon: fenêtres embuées parce que plus scellées (trop vieilles). Vernis de la porte de salle de bain en très mauvais état. Air climatisé ayant un comportement erratique, non relié à la manette. Loquet de la porte patio en mauvais état, usé par des décennies d’utilisation. À noter que les restaurants sont dispendieux dans ce secteur.

Agréable séjour. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté des chambres. Literie confortable. A proximité de la plage, du casino, de la gare ferroviaire où nous avons pu apprécier les illuminations et les balades.

The best staff, extremely helpful and friendly. They would do anything for us. They even got us an emergency taxi when our pre booked airport shuttle didn't turn up.

Our second stay here, and this hotel is great value for money in a beautiful neighbourhood with a railway station just down the road offering quick access to Lisboa.
