I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.

Great place to stay - centrally located, helpful staff, good breakfast options.

The hotel is very good , quiet, clean , was very friendly, room is big and very comfortable. It was small, but it is OK on the hotel is fantastic.

Property is centrally located. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom amenities were from La Occitane and were wonderful. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great showers and big rooms with high ceilings. Staff was super helpful. Very quite area close to the great Fairmont hotel

Had a hard time adjusting the temp for the shower.

Property was beautiful and very easy to Old Quebec areas. Room did not have the best view. One thing to mentioned is very tricky to managed cold and hot water in the shower. Had problems with toilet had to ask for them to use plunger. Pressure of toilet very slow.

Great property, well located in the old town. We stayed in a studio that was well sized; lacking some storage for hangers given it was a studio and therefore a space for a few days but that's a very minor gripe. Otherwise Perfect!

Perfect location. Shops and restaurants right outside the back door. Water front 2 blocks out the front door. I walked everywhere easily. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room had an issue with the door lock, I went to the front desk to inquire, the man at the desk, I think his name was Patrick, stayed with us until the issue was resolved, he even gave us a voucher for a complimentary glass of wine for the inconvenience

Room clean. Good coffee /teas . Close to all the shopping. No need for car just walked.

Beautiful hotel, only one small issue, no fan in the bathroom..

We’ve now found our favourite hotel in Old Quebec. Thank you for such a wonderful and thoughtful stay! The staff were exceptional and very helpful. They were so gracious with us and made our anniversary special especially welcoming our little Yorkie. The hotel was beautiful and clean - both shared spaces and our room. The lobby had separate rooms to lounge and just relax, enjoy coffee or wine (they had a wine bar). Our room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and their L’Occitane bathroom products top tier. It had a lovely view of the river. The location was sooo convenient and within walking distance to everything. Suffice to say, we’ll be coming back here. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Bel hôtel et bon emplacement. Par contre, pour le prix nous avons été surpris et déçu de n'avoir qu'un lit double. Notre chambre était situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel et vers 11h30 du soir nous avons entendu pendant 5 minutes un bruit de bouteilles et autres objets tombant dans un container en metal. Vers 7h00 am ce sont les camions à vidanges qui ont fait du bruit avec ces mêmes container, donc pour la tranquillité ce ne fut pas réussi..
