Good location and beautiful views of the pier, I will definitely stay here for next trip to rock port

The staff was the friendliest that we've come across. The room was super clean, had solid surface floors, comfortable beds, nice linens, lots of pillows. Breakfast was well stocked with eggs, sausage, waffles and various other items. The hotel has a fishing pier and is conveniently located btwn Fulton Beach Rd and Hwy35. Great stay. Reasonable price. Will stay again.

Location was great, the suite was huge and plenty of space. We only had 4 of us, but it could have easily slept 5 to 6 people comfortably. Its the biggest suite I've stayed in. I didn't get a chance to make it down to breakfast unfortunately, so I can't comment on that.

The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly and had great communication.

My first floor room with a king size bed seemed so large, lots of open space so I never felt cramped. Plenty of room for luggage and anything else. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good repair. It wasn’t fancy but was well appointed with muted but matching colors. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I enjoyed my stay & plan to stay there again.

Found a cricket and big cockroach in my room. The door to the room let in light when fully closed and one of the locks was broken. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed.

Staff was great. The room had a sewer smell all night long. Room is need of some upgrades.
