Easy to check in- the ladies in the front did great welcoming me in a nice way. The hotel is beautiful and the room well Decorated and comfortable. The bathroom seems to be brand new and very clean. The biggest advantage is the location- in front of the train station and in the middle of a good area to walk.

Stayed here a few night in june. I would stay here again. Very central. Note they use a QR code on the front and room doors. Maybe tricky for some to use.

Excellent location near the station and nicely furnished modern and clean rooms. The staff were welcoming, and drinks and snacks were available all day in the breakfast room. Only fault I can find is that our room was very small and the toilet was separate from the bathroom. This room would have been perfect for a single rather than a double bed.

Beautiful hotel so clean. Very central. Lovely, helpful staff. Great breakfast and also you can have tea/coffee/hot chocolate and snacks free 24 hours. Definitely recommend

立地はリールフランドル駅の目の前、窓からの景色は、Romyと駅舎。日の出前の景色が美しかったです。 チェックイン時間にQRコードが送られてくることになっていたのですが、1時間ほど早く着いたところ、QRコードを発行していただき、入り口のドアの開け方も丁寧に説明していただけました。スタッフはとても親切に説明してくださいました。 部屋は、決して広くはないですが改装され清潔でした。駅前の立地でこの広さは満足です。 3日目の朝食の時、パンを取るトングが用意されておらず、手で撮らせていただきましたが、これは愛嬌でしょう。

A nice hotel, recently refurbished, clean and well maintained. Location is convenient but quite busy and can be noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms are very small and cramped. All in all, good value, decent place to stay.

Very convenient location for Eurostar and TGV Lille Europe stations and opposite Lille Flanders train station. Generous, relaxed breakfast. Friendly staff. Well air conditioned. Quiet room.

L'hôtel est très mignon et très bien situé pour visiter Lille. La chambre un peu petite mais pour 2 personnes un week-end ça suffisait largement, propre et calme. La bagagerie est un vrai plus pour laisser ses valises le jour de l'arrivée et du départ. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner. L'espace est tout petit, peu de choix et il est réapprovisionner au compte goutte...

This hotel was chosen for its location. It is very central, close to the old town and station. If you are simply looking for somewhere to rest your head that is clean and air-conditioned, then Rosa Hotel will do the job. There’s nothing fancy about the hotel otherwise but I can’t complain given we knew that before we stayed there. The staff were very helpful, I will say, especially when we had issues with our safe. It’s important to note that there are no keys (QR codes are used instead) and the reception is not manned 24/7.
