Everything was perfect iam thankful with the staff...thank you very much It was my first time in Panama 🇵🇦 and the experience was great.

I had a solo trip to Panama and stayed at the Riande Urban Hotel. I recently went to Panama in September 2025 and stayed at another hotel but decided to stay somewhere else (even though I had a good time at my past hotel). When I first arrived at the Riande, I did not receive a warm greeting initially. The concierge was not warm nor did she smile to me as I waited to be checked in. As I waited to be checked in, there were 2 front desk agents and one was assisting someone else checking in. The other gentlemen walked away from desk and in passing me did not smile or greet me. I was turned off from that. I also did not have a pleasant encounter at the restaurant with one of the staff. Even though the breakfast was included, I opted to eat elsewhere for the duration of my visit. The hotel is nearby other local shops and restaurants and not far from the main tourist areas. The accommodations at the hotel was ok, but I don't see me staying there for my next trip to Panama. 6.5 out of 10

Company won’t work with you if you have an uncontrollable situations. Possibly would NEVER book BOTH using Expedia and definitely not with this hotel EVER AGAIN!

The boy in the reception area / help desk talks in such an attitude that he thinks he is the owner of the Hotel. He kept me waiting for about 4 hours for my check-in whereas the rooms were free. On asking to give me a quick check-in he asked me to sit as he had to complete his pending work. Really a very bad hotel service.

Rooms a little outdated but clean. Very friendly staff and good breakfast

The hotel needs small wash clothes and small refrigerators in the rooms for people with medicines.

Rooms were clean however, the lighting in the room was poor (too dull). The pool was being serviced and we did not get to enjoy.

Nice hotel with a great pool, gym and hot tub. The breakfast could have been better. It's in a convenient area for shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Todo estuvo bien, excepto x un grupo de Jamiaquinos q están hospedados x un periodo largo, pero son muy escandalosos y hay un fuerte olor a marihuana que se extiende a varios pisos del hotel.

Precisa reformar o banheiro e trocar mobília do quarto, estão muito antigas. Fazer uma limpeza no carpete do corredor. Melhorar opções do café da manhã. Seria bom se tivesse uma rampa na entrada principal, principalmente por causa das malas.
