A really lovely well maintained hotel. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice. All the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. Really loved how peaceful it was in the day. The location was perfect, just the right distance for a stroll into Playa Blanca. We were given an upgrade on arrival so had access to the quiet pool, self service bar and seating area which, except for some road noise, was great. We also used the main pool a lot and the service at the bar and at lunch couldn’t be faulted. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous hotel, on arrival we had free glass of wine we also were treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room. We also got an unexpected room upgrade for free which was lovely. The pool area was beautiful. Hotel vibe was really really nice. My only comments would be inside the pool there was some green markings from where the water sits. This could be a bit better and the food options on an evening could also be improved but other than that the hotel was beautiful. The location was great. The staff were so so friendly and so helpful. It is a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Rooms huge . Areas of wear and tear in rooms. The breakfast buffet was very poor worse one we’ve ever had. Hot food was luke warm. Lunch buffet worse than breakfast buffet . So much so we only used it twice we decided to pay to eat out despite having paid half board. Shame the food seriously lets the hotel down and belonging to such a large chain of hotels this should not be the case

Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, es hat alles gepasst. Der checkin war der beste den wir je hattten, Sekt zum Empfang und dann haben wir überraschenderweise noch ein upgrade erhalten. Der junge Mann hat sich richtig viel Mühe gegeben und alles in Ruhe erklärt. Lage top, supermarkt nebenan, strandpromenade knapp 5 min., Essen war fein, schön wäre noch bisschen mehr Abwechslung mit vegetarischen Speisen, da war die Auswahl eher klein. Sehr bequeme Sonnenliegen, es waren ein paar wenige Leute die immer reserviert haben, was nicht nötig gewesen wäre , wir haben immer einen Platz bekommen, auch wenn man erst Nachmittags kam. Herrlich zum Entspannen, da es relativ ruhig war. Massage können wir empfehlen, sehr profesionell.

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. The staff are really friendly and look after you from the minute you arrive to leaving. Food is excellent we stayed in a superior room which was on the upper floor. Room was amazing very spacious and had use of the private pool. Has to rank among the best hotels we have visited.

L’hôtel est très idealement situé à Playa Blanca. Les suites sont très spacieuses. L’hôtel est très beau, la salle de restaurant est superbe. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et varié. Le personnel est très agréable, disponible et réactif. Je recommande totalement l’hôtel pour passer des vacances parfaites.

Room was excellent. Beautifully cleaned every day. Breakfast fantastic and plentiful. Pool lovely and great aqua fit fun class ! Bit chilly but soon warmed up. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Waiters / waitresses lovely. Overall a great hotel and would highly recommend.

Rooms were spotless and loved having direct access to a small private pool along with complimentary drinks a snacks. Staff were really friendly and hotel had a lovely chilled vibe. Short walk to the beach, shops and bars. Food in the hotel was ok - breakfast was great, evening mean - not too much choice. Overall, an excellent days away and would definitely return.

Great break away

Just returned from a one week stay at the H10 White Suites and we were all so impressed with the hotel. Check-in was great. Staff were so informative. We were also upgraded to a deluxe suite which was lovely surprise. Cava & chocolates were in our room for arrival. Food & beverages were excellent. Plenty of choice at all meals and the all inclusive package included brand name drinks. Cocktails were all made fresh and presented to a high standard. Rooms were spacious and decorated to a high standard. Bedding was very comfortable. Rooms were serviced every day with nice little touches like chocolates left throughout the week. The deluxe room pool was very relaxed, with gentle music playing. There is a small serve service bar area there which is stocked with water, juices & cocktails. Some snacks were also provided. My only one comment on would be that a more relaxing indoor bar would be a plus for evening drinks. The indoor bar was in the lobby and seating wasn't the most comfortable. Overall a great stay & a hotel I would definitely revisit.

Todo espectacular estuvimos en junio y hemos vuelto ahora a primeros de agosto y es maravilloso todo, el trato del personal de recepción,camareros, etc todos Fulvio increíble

Personnel très sympathique, hôtel très agréable. Petit plus pour nous avec une chambre au rez de chaussée avec accès à une piscine réservé à ce coté de l’hôtel. Pas besoin de se battre pour les transats et piscine très chaude rien que pour nous
